Vera at Josephson’s Humbertown location is amazing. She is super helpful and her customer service is excellent. She has been helping out our family for a number of years and her attention and recommendations are always first rate. This is an excellent store for any sort of glasses. There is definitely a reason that Josephson has been around for decades. We are all very happy with all of our purchases from this store with great assistance from Vera

Very rude people working there. Extremely snobby and unpleasant. Not to mention their prices are extraordinarily inflated... drive 2 minutes in any direction and you'll find prices that are half of what they are charging for lenses. I honestly don't know who would be stupid enough to get their eyewear here.
