Been wearing the new prescription sunglasses made by G.W. Optical for a few of weeks now and loving them. I was blown away by the finished product. I always have a hard time finding a frame that fits comfortably on my big (really big) head. They were so patient with me and guided me through the whole process. They were so thorough, as well as, passionate with the frame + lens technology, explaining every difference and detail to me. The frame they recommend fits like a glove, looks great and the vision out of the lens was amazingly crisp and clear. I will definitely be back! Thank you staff for your attention and service.

I have been going to Gordon wood optical for 15+ yrs. Three pairs of glasses and 2 pairs of sunglasses (Maui Jim) later and I am very happy with the professional and friendly service I always receive. Cam has been really amazing as she has fixed and cleaned my glasses for me on a few occasions. When I lost my job they helped me find a more inexpensive, yet good quality pair of frames. Came in after an eye exam next door. Hidden gem, a very traditional optical. Great people, extremely welcoming and beautiful smiles. I had a nice conversation and endless laughs with Kam. Professional staff and amazing service! I went here as it's right next to my optometrist and they fit me with my first pair of progressive lenses. Kam helped me through every step of the way and explained to me my lens options as I haven't updated my glasses in ages. I couldn't be more happy with my new lenses - they look great, they're super lightweight and I can read now without having to squint at everything

I brought in a very special pair of glasses to me from the 1940's/50's. I found them in a box very damaged due to the storage of them. I emailed Kam with photos of the condition and she was so incredibly helpful explaining what would need to be done to fix them. After going in, Kam walked me through the process on how they would fix them and get my prescription lens created for them. With the glasses being so old, I knew that if something happened during the repair, I couldn't find another pair. But going through the process made me feel so comfortable leaving my glasses with them. Upon picking them up, the repairs and cleaning of them went well well above my expectations. They took so much care with my glasses and I was so happy I decided to take them to Gordon Wood. I'd recommend anyone who needs a prescription change or repair to Gordon Wood
