When I look for an optician this is the place I would model service after! He was precise, kind, helpful, and all around the best choice for a optician. Luis accommodated to my schedule and was very efficient when it came to making sure my glasses were perfectly snug to my face...I have never had them so perfectly fit that I don't have to keep pushing them up my nose :O!!! Truly a miracle worker. I also got fitted for contact lenses too. He had me come in and test the ones he believed worked best for my eyes and their lifestyle and omg he was spot on!!!!! 1000% recommend!

My first pair from Centro Optical lasted me 7 years! And the owner, Luis, has a keen eye and intuition for which lenses would best suit you depending on the style you're looking for. He provides great service with heart and is very knowledgeable. In all interactions, he ensures that you're leaving with glasses that you're happy with and that will keep your eyes healthy. I was just looking for an eye exam and heard this place was good. Ended up not letting me leave with the eye exam script and all I could get was a photo of it on my phone as a result. Seems like they really want the business to stay there even if it's just for an eye exam... Pretty shady practice for that part. The eye exam was great but that issue with the script really bothered me and is why I am giving it a 1 star.

I have relied upon Centro Optical and Luis for almost 10 years now...and have the best eyesight possible. This is important for me because of the Legal and Investigative work I do, and where I advise governments at a senior level. Due to my diabetes and eye conditions, my eyesight is always in jeopardy! With my most recent visit in September 2020 - Luis prescribed new bifocal glasses...where I thought I could see with his last prescription - I now have BIONIC eyesight and vision. Luis - do you have any glasses where I can see through clothing...lol! Thank you for restoring my sight! You are a visionary...haha!

The service that I received from the beginning to the end of the process was professional, yet personal... Which nowadays is not a commonly found combination. On top of that, what I paid for an eye exam and two new pairs of glasses (including lenses) was more than reasonable. Luis Carrera, the shop owner and Anita who conducted my eye test were very helpful and they observed all the COVID restrictions with the utmost care and professionalism. I first went to Centro Optical 2 years for an eye exam and glasses. Dr. Taneja was very good and friendly. Luis then helped me with choosing frames and lenses. He is excellent at this, really taking the time to pick out a selection of frames to try on. I received many compliments on the frames I chose. I was there again this fall for another eye exam. I needed new frames as well as I wanted to keep my old ones as a backup pair. Luis pulled some really great frames and was very honest in his opinion of how they looked on me. Again I have received many compliments on them. He also had a great option for sunglasses for me. I just went back to him for a slight adjustment to the eyepieces and he was very helpful, spending the time to make sure I was very comfortable with the end result. His covid-19 measures are excellent. He is very careful and everyone, including him, is masked. Only one or two people in the store at one time. If two, they are well separated. I highly recommend the Centro Optical experience.

The service is professional, the prices are good and there is a great selection of the latest frames. Contacts are also available. Dr. Carreira is the best eye doctor I've had in years. Right away be corrected the prescription in my left eye which had been wrong for three years - the previous doctor did not account for my astigmatism. In addition he is very polite, courteous and approachable - he is more than willing to answer questions, and is eager to talk about the science of his profession too. 2 pairs for $200. Absolutely recommend to anyone
