This optical was by far the worst one I have ever been to. I bought two pairs of "anti-scratch" work glasses here. Their product was the worst I have ever worn. Their lens cleaner actually removed the anti-scratch bit by bit, and when I told them they told me I was a liar. They said they would replace the lens and when I went in they told me they were ordered but haven't arrived. This went on for three weeks. AT that point they told me they wouldn't warranty them?! Obviously they weren't trying to order the lens. The lens have lasted three months while I wasn't even working, after this time i could no longer see effectively thru them. My life and eye protection at work depends on glasses. Their service was absolutely the worst and most unprofessional I have ever seen in any industry. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

After waiting 20min to be allowed in the store i was told to sanitize myself, sign the book and stand in the corner. I was then told not to touch anything and not to move or remove my mask. I understand covid precautions but i was treated very unprofessionally and rude. The entire experience was beyond ignorant and totally unprofessional..

Amazing !! I have been to several vogue optical in the city as well as bense vision and this place beats all others by a landslide ! Love the atmosphere and employees are all there to help you and are genuinely interested in what is best for you ! Best experience I've ever had. Never going anywhere else!
