I've never left here feeling positive. The optometrist tried to pressure me into getting laser eye surgery after I said multiple times I wasn't interested. They lost my prescription information in their computer and tried to argue with me about the last time I came in for an eye exam. The people who work there are just plain rude every time I go in. I bought a vey expensive pair of frames there and yet I feel like they can't bother to give me the time of day.

I had been emailing them for a few weeks, so they knew my prescription beforehand. Then when I went in for lenses they told me they weren’t able to produce my lenses in their store. They then made me pay for the eye exam, knowing I would never be able to purchase lenses there, so I wouldn’t be receiving the free exam. They could have just told me they didn’t make my lenses and send me to a different store. They took advantage of my situation.

After many conversations and trying on of glasses, I found the BEST MOST ORIGINAL HIGH QUALITY frames I've ever come across at T'as Vu. Not only are the glasses and lenses wonderful, they are durable, well made, and beautiful. The conversations I had in other stores before I went to T'as Vu Optique were mediocre at best. Immediately when I walked into the shop on St Laurent, I was warmly greeted and assisted with finding the right pair of glasses. I am in the business of service and I KNOW exactly what it's like to experience the best. The best service and experience is chez T'as Vu Optique. Period. In addition to the wonderful service, the attention to detail and process of ordering and receiving the lenses was the faster than I thought possible. I received my glasses 2 days after I made a small deposit! On top of all this the purchase was pleasant. No one likes to feel uncomfortable spending and I felt 100% happy investing in my pair of glasses. The frames are without a doubt one the best purchases I've ever made. I am SO content. Go. Now. I had shopped for new glasses and had quotes from Lenscrafters and Greiche and Scaff, Daniel took the time to educate me on quality lenses and selections. I have a high myopia and never had someone explain me so much and actually take the time. Price was cheaper than both LC and GS so that helped but I will be returning there in the future. I went in with a pair of sunglasses, NOT purchased from their store, that had a small screw missing so one of the arms had fallen off. The woman working there was awesome & fixed it for me for free in a matter of minutes. If this is the kind of service you get as someone who isn't even a client, I can only imagine that the quality of service you will receive as a paying customer will be top notch. Would definitely recommend to all you lens wearers out there!

I was on the hun for these super exclusive no where to be found designer frames. I happened to walk in T'as Vu Optique and was thrilled to see they carried the line, but not the frame. The owner was sooo helpful he went out of his way to order the frame which was not easy to get. I got them in less than a week. Everyone is so helpful and they carry a really nice line of frames. Will def be going back!

Bad finish, bad optical center, some scratches made on my frame AND on my lens during all the modifications they had to make because of the errors ... In short ... A little disappointing. They make me feel guilty for going back several times for corrections, so much so that I don't even want to go back there anymore so they can fix other mistakes they made. Ils me font sentir coupable d'être retournée plusieurs fois pour les corrections, tellement que je ne veux même plus y retourner pour qu'ils arrangent d'autres erreurs qu'ils ont faites.

Honestly the most incompetent service I've ever had. I had my eye exam in AUGUST and did not receive my contacts until DECEMBER. Unfortunately I had already paid for the contacts and so had to stick through the process. They ordered me the wrong brand of trial lenses, ordered me trial lenses for one eye only (how do you even manage to do that?), had not properly measured the diameter of my eye, got the brand wrong AND got the prescription wrong again when I finally placed the order for the actual contacts I wanted. The only reason this situation got resolved in the end is because of the fact that I called and went in to the store many many times, no one there was very proactive in trying to get it resolved for me at all. I'll give them 1 star because there isn't an option for anything lower - but I recommend staying away from this store. I wish I had...
