Very friendly place, first the reception lady such a sweet ♥️, very helpful, give me very clear information, very professional. The ophthalmologist was very knowledgeable, explained my eyes problem very details, he is also very friendly. I am blessed to met those nice helpful people when I have a lot of personal problems. I recommend this place. You need an appointment before go there.

Suite à mon examen une ordonnance m’a été remis pour mes assurances, dimanche dernier le 9 septembre j’ai eu besoin de mon ordonnance afin de me faire faire une nouvelle paire de lunettes chez un compétiteur. À ma stupéfaction on m’a demandé de payer des frais de 15.00$ afin d’obtenir mon ordonnance. Selon moi ceci est une pratique abusive!! nous avons déjà payé pour l’examen et on me demande un 15.00$ supplémentaire.

I would give Zero starts if I could. Came here for hard contact lenses. Very french staff who did not speak a work of english, and i tried to speak french but they were very rude nonetheless. This is solely a business, they do not care about you and they guarantee hard contact lenses for at least 2 years but if something happens they do not replace them even though they cost 1000$. Guaranteed the next price for a new pair would be cheaper (400$ total) but told me it would be 600$ after they wouldn’t replace mine that broke after 1 year. I complained about the price (because i was lied to) and Mr Breton literally told me that he needs to make his commission so that is the price and if I don’t like it I can go somewhere else! I went to the Opti reseau in Laval to order after I was so disappointed in this place, and the one in samson wouldn’t aend me files over. Eventually after a lot of calls they did, but wouldn’t allow this clinic to order my contacts because they wanted me to buy them there. So stubborn, so horrible! Never received worse service and nice never been anywhere that made me feel so little and unimportant! Never again!

We went for an advanced exam for my aunt, the doctor mentionned no glucoma . When we asked for explanation the doctor asked us if we know about google and to google search the word. I find this not respectful at all. I don’t recommend anyone to go for testing at this place!

This Is a great Place to go to, the nurses were friendly, and because I dont have a medical card, a lot of the Clinic dont accept it, but they welcomed me. Because my situation was a little bit urgent, they booked an appointement for me for me fastly, the appointement was just 1 hour from the time I called them. The doctor has a great sense of humor and they solved my problemes fastly. I hardly recommend you to go visite this Place when you have a eye problem and when you want to change your glasses or contact lenses.

These ladies are unpleasant, incompetent, and hostile. They have nothing to do with customer service. The after sales service also leaves something to be desired ... very difficult or impossible to have a breakdown when breaking glasses even when it is children 's glasses. Very few choices ... Le service après vente laisse aussi à désirer... très difficile voir impossible d' avoir un dépannage lors de bris de lunettes même quand il s' agît de lunettes d' enfants. Tres peu de choix d' ailleurs... Je ne recommande pas cet endroit pour l' attitude de ces dames là. Surtout la vieille dame, elle semble blasée et serait probablement dûe pour prendre sa retraite. Je trouve dommage que le docteur Leblond soit entouré d' une telle équipe.
