AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PAWN SHOP!!! There are supposedly many fraudulent accounts that sell under this name and steal your money! I've filed a complaint with the Cornwall PD and there is an ongoing investigation, for your own sake DO NOT TRUST until it's been resolved, plenty others available to choose from!

This business is one of the best pawn shops in Cornwall. They have a great staff and are always there to make a deal that works for both parties . Great looking store and a pillar in the community .

I cant give no stars but it is what they deserve, once again but for the final time i purchase a controller only to get it home and realize it doesnt work..they insist they test everything before selling and if have any problems to bring it back...youll save more buying new and wont have to return it or argue for you money back... Theyre price gouging garbage sellers.

Have used for over a year now. I buy all my second hand electronics from them and was using another pawn shop till I found them now they are not just the first place, but the only place I trust to go to when I need a bit of save my rump money. I know my stuff is in great hands and never have I bought anything that has quit working or not been great for the price. They are friendly, knowledgeable, fair and are very trustworthy at giving you the best deal, or taking care of your belongings. The staff are always very helpful as well. I would recommend this store over any other which is rare for me as I tend to avoid owning not brand new electronics.

Terrible place, gouging prices and totally ignorant people. Try to offer me nothing for something that was worth a lot. I know the way they set their margins and they would have marked it up 700%. Unbelievable, fought with me over asking a price and when I actually bought something, literally yelled at me for asking a question. HORRIBLE store, I highly suggest Martelle's or anywhere else for that matter. After Spending, not 100's, but THOUSANDS over the course of a few years there, this is the treatment I get!!! Go learn customer service skills and then reopen. It's pathetic...

Used items for sale at full price and told by staff to go buy it new rather than negotiating and making a sale. 1 item I tried to negotiate sat in the window for close to 3 years. Bad business sense when in the biz is to move stuff and make room for more. I guess they don't see how the "big boys" do it and aren't hungry enough? 1 year after this review, called to sell 2 flat screen PC monitors. Would have taken $10.00 per as they have them on the shelf for $95.00-$175.00. Was told not taking any? What is it with these people? Not wanting to look at them, have me step foot in the store, barter and trade, for 100% profit? I'm starting to think this store is not what it is made to be seen as? What kind of business is this where it opens every day, people being paid to run it and told that we have no need for you to step foot into my store? In my retail sales I would invite them over to at the very least have foot traffic in and see if even we can't make a deal a sale! Just completely mind boggling? What's going on here? Bad sales people or something else? .

Went in on two separate occasions and found exactly what I needed for a reasonable price. Phil and Zephyr were both knowledgable as well as a newer gentlemen named Mitchell. Vegan friendly. 5 stars

Honestly best pawn shop in town. I go here all the time and it never seems to fail me. Employees are the best. I'm a drummer myself and I find literally everything I need there. 5 great big stars
