Extremely poor customer service. I have a pair of Oakley eyeglasses that were loose and I went in for an adjustment. The technician said that the hole where the screw goes in was striped. I asked if the warranty would cover it, they said no. So I went to go look at the frames, I was told I would need to make another appointment. Even though I was already there. So I went somewhere else because after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment for my adjustment, I didn't want to keep waiting. The other optometrist I went to looked at my frame, and said that they saw no reason why they couldn't be sent in for a warranty replacement. They also said that both optometrist offices used the same company (Luxottica). So after hearing that, I went back. Was told by 8 on Second that they could be sent back for replacement, but my frame was discontinued and there was nothing that could be done. So I went back to the other optometrist, they said that if that is indeed the case, the company would instead send me a similar frame. My family has been coming here for years (some staff know us on a first name basis) but unfortunately this place has lost our business for good. Will never return to this scam artist. And if you do buy something here, don't expect them to honor any type of warranty. The only thing I was offered was the ability to bring in my frames again for them to look at. Even though I already had 2 people look at then.
