One of the many advantages of living and working in #Abbotsford Right in town is an amazing eye glass store & opticians. Don't be put off from the outside go on in! Excellent service from Dr. Deepak Bhalla. With a history of family mascular degeneration they took great care and attention of my exam. Simrin was a delight to work with - what an incredible selection of frames! She helped me find several awesome new frames for me to try. They have some very good prices.

Not sure why Allison is so upset over the prices, but they've been great to me! My lenses cost a lot (I have horrible eyes) so I ended up paying about $350 a pair (with the Groupon) with transitional lenses. This is way better than my last purchase which was ~$500 for a pair of glasses. A few months after the purchase, I fell off my bike and messed up my glasses- they replaced the pair, no problem. 10/10 on customer service!

Dorsa helped my wife pick out a new set of frames after my wife’s broke. We wanted a set of frames that fit her current lens. Dorsa was very patient with us and went through the entire collection of frames to find the only 2 pair of frames that fit my wife’s lenses. An effort that is far above and beyond what would normally be expected of an sales associate. We really appreciate her for the effort exerted for us.

I had a great experience here. The store is really nice and they have a huge selection of frames of the latest styles and designers. Friendly staff who don't hover but are alert and helpful. The optometrist was very likeable, personable, and professional. Using the groupon I got beautiful designer frames (Fysh U.K.) with the new lenses, and a pair of prescription polarized sunglasses and they were ready within days, which was important as I was leaving on a trip. I did get a bit of sticker shock as my bill was also over $400 with taxes (as the other reviewer mentioned), however I have eye glass coverage every 2 years and was planning on submitting a claim. I wasn't sure if I would be covered but was totally satisfied with my experience and the value I received even if I had had to cover it myself. Two pair of quality prescription fashionable glasses for less than $200 each was still a good deal. The staff were really nice, friendly and personable and I felt they were committed to ensuring my complete satisfaction. My frames are high quality, fashionable, and light as a feather and I love them!

My wife and I attended this location with the Groupon discount and on two occasions they did not get the prescription correct. In any event there was a terrible distortion. They tried to get her to keep them initially. When the second try was no better, the lady at the store was rude, condescending and a bit of a bully, which my wife said she was the day before. Thus the reason for my attending. When we stated we didn't want the product because they were insufficient, she tried her best to tell us all she had done for her...this was irrelevant as the product was not suitable. Then she went on to state there would be a restocking fee, no where on the receipt was this noted. In the end they returned the money but with much anxiety for my wife. DON'T BUY FROM OPTIKS INTERNATIONAL!! They don't deserve one star.

I went in looking for Maui Jims that were non prescription, which has been difficult to do as most places want prescription customers. Without hesitation they actually let me take my time and try on each and every pair to be sure that I had the feel and fit I wanted. I found the pair that was perfect for me, however not in the color I wanted. Donna took the time to order in and find the pair that was exactly what I wanted. Right from the start of opening the front door I was greeted and acknowledged kindly and assisted accordingly. I highly recommend going here should you need anything eye related.

This place is a rip off! I bought a groupon where you get 2 for 1 plus you get 175 dollars off the first pair. my boyfriend and I each have a groupon for this. We went in there and he explained that the second set is free lenses and free frames. This means you only pay for the first pair minus the 175 off. Sounds like a great deal. I have been buying my glasses my whole life... mainlly from good places with high quality lenses and frames..... Because I have such bad eyes usually my lenses are about 200 bucks. Ususually a pair of glasses with designer frames and my lenses will cost just under 400 dollars. This man at this place tried to price me at 460 dollars AFTER the discount! Told me just my lenses alone were 400 dollars!!! Obviously we had to leave since neither of us could afford that right now... which is the whole reason we bought the groupon! If you are someone that is being made to believe this is a good deal, do your research! They are scamming people! I hope I can get everyone to know this so they dont try to rip them off like they tried to rip us off!

An amazing staff providing excellent customer service .They are all aware about their products details and are very knowledgeable on variety of lenses .They provide you keen advice on what would be suitable according to prescription and yet you get budget friendly glasses. Staff was friendly, but they really need to rethink their Covid policy to make trying on and buying glasses a more comfortable process. No one needs a staff member standing over your shoulder basically putting the glasses on your face for you.

Stumbled upon this place randomly because the screw from my glasses came off and I needed them fixed. They fixed and clean my glasses for free. As I was waiting for them to be fixed, I started trying on their glasses and this very nice lady gave me a lot of recommendations and let me try them on. Then eventually after few months, i bought my new glasses from this store and never been this happier with any pair. Their customer service is exceptional.

I was sceptical of the 2 for 1 deal they offer and to be honest it's a bit of sham as the lenses end up being more expensive than other places and the options for the second pair of frames aren't the greatest (both regular glasses and sunglasses). That being said if you use the Groupon and have coverage like bluecross it works out to be an ok deal. You can't beat their selection of frames and the service is quite good. I was very happy with the frames I picked and I have to say the fit and finish of the lenses in both sets of frames was the best I have ever had. I have a large astigmatism which leads to a greater thickness at the periphery of the lenses when cut. I have had some terrible glasses made by lenses crafters where the lenses didn't fit into the frames at all and I thought that was just way it was going to be for my particular prescription. I was pleasantly surprised how well optics international Abbotsford cut and fit my lenses. Both sets of glasses were almost perfect. After taking my glasses' home I felt there was a problem with one set as they seemed a bit off and we're giving me a headache while wearing them. I took them back and told them the problems I was having. They tested the glasses and told me straight off one of the lenses was cut slightly off axis in one eye. The manager said leave the glasses with them and they would re-cut a new lense. They had them fixed in 3 days. Both sets of my glasses are perfect. The best I have ever had. I recommend the Abby location for these reasons. (Excellent manager)

I was able to choose my prescription glasses and sunglasses as free pair under an amazing deal. I will definitely be back for my next purchase. Kudos to wonderful staff and amazing customer service.

Don’t waste your time I went here for an eye test needed glasses picked up my prescription couldn’t see through them at all they told me I needed to wear them for a week after the week nearly had multiple accidents complaint it to them they told me they’ll retest my eyes needed a different prescription entirely when I asked him what happen date told me they gave me a different prescription what they felt I needed instead of what I actually I need it second prescription I still can’t see through the glasses now drake telling me I need to repay you for everything total waste go somewhere else

I really liked the Optometrist. The selection of frames and pricing was good. But when ordering the lenses it took the third party company they use, 4 times and almost 2 months to get the prescription right. Every time I went in to pick up a different employee would assure me the prescription was right, when it wasn't they would blame the previous employee. The whole experience was extremely frustrating.
