I honestly got excited about the price,, until I bought glasses and found out exactly why they are so cheap. I have nothing but issues with my glasses. The cleaner they gave me to use on my glasses has stripped layers off.

Great service and product my wife, son and I get all of our glasses here won't go anywhere else. Our son is 9 years old he goes thru his glasses due to constantly losing them or sitting on them or stuffing them in his pocket etc we are always looked after.

Thank you for scamming my family. Be warned ; they will hide important details like an EXPIREY DATE on your FREE FRAME DEAL, will give you PLENTY of attitude when being questioned, and will all in all steal your money and leave you with frames that constantly snap. I have no idea how these people sleep at night, honest!!!

Went in to get my glasses repaired, expecting it to cost me at least $50 and take up a bit of my day. But they repaired them for me in minutes and when I asked what I owe them, they said "nothing at all :)". HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for anything glasses related! Amazing customer service!

Had an amazing experience finding my pairs of glasses. Everyone was super upbeat, friendly and happy to help. Was my first time purchasing glasses so receiving the help and advice in a enjoyable relaxed manner made for a very positive experience overall. Also the 3 for 1 was a much better deal than I had realized and there is no catch at all. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been with this company from the moment they arrived here in Chilliwack, We are a family of 5 and we all wear glasses. So you can imagine that I have had experience with the past companies; good and bad. Bruce and his associates, in comparison with any other glasses company we dealt with before, went above and beyond. If they didn't have our desired style of frames or stock in their store (our 3 teenagers can be picky) they reached out to all the other stores and worked with us until we found what we wanted. All we had to do was tell them the style, color, and wait patiently. When my son broke his glasses 2 times during sports they were gracious and more than happy to fix them. Bruce's outstanding loyalty and professionalism led me to come back year after year.I referred him to my friends and they are very happy with their experience too.I am grateful to have them in our community

Even going the extra mile to relentlessly find a frame that I really liked for my glasses. We are forever grateful for the staff and the positive attitude. The price is really nice as well.

The owner is NOT an Optromtist he is not legally to perform eye exams, i returned my 3 pairs of garbage glasses and they refuse to return my money. $400.00. The quaility is of glasses is very poor which is why he can sell them for 3 for 1. He was run out of Ontario for not paying taxes and spent time in jail. He should not be allowed to Practice on the Publics Eyes.

I have had NOTHING BUT GOOD things to say about this place and the staff that work there. First off last year when my glasses broke they were prompt to order new ones for me. Also my boyfriends safety glasses at work broke and they we out of their way to fix them and help him out :) recommend 1000000%
