Do not recommend this place at all! They refuse to answer the phone calls!! I've been calling several times at different times but nobody answers the phone. No one returns my emails! Only trying to get a prescription that I got from there a few years ago and no one dares to call me back! Find a more modern place if you can, you'll be a whole lot happier!

used to only come here because I felt they were on my side and helpful. This time, feel like I got talked into a product that was quite a bit more expensive from them than I've had quoted elsewhere (high end lenses) and really disappointed they would recommend a product that leaves me incredibly uncomfortable and not at all appropriate for my perscription and the frames I liked. I understand the frames are my choice, but some honest feedback would have kept me as a customer instead of refusing the frames and wasting 300 on lenses I now must find another store to fit into frames. Just super disappointed overall. Very sad to loose this place as my go to.

Best, most honest service in the Lower Mainland. The priority in this shop is to ensure you are a happy customer, and your glasses are exactly what you are looking for. The services and frames are a very reasonable and their main focus is on you. Both my husband and I have had very good experiences eat time we have been, and they are always the first place I recommend to anyone needing glasses .

Terrible service. I paid for glasses and when they came, I could not see through them. I was told that was because I was not used to them. I went home but after three frustrating days I went back to them and could not get any satisfaction from them. I finally walked out. I went to another optometrist and was told if I has to move my head around to try to see there was something wrong with the glasses. I ordered new glasses, went home and threw the Clear Cool glasses in the garbage. Thank you Complete Eye Care, Bourquin Crescent, for my new glasses.
