Ashley, at Kelcom in Chatham, went above and beyond when it came to helping me switch to Koodo from my previous provider. Being deaf, I put off switching providers for years because finding the right phone, and communicating with a hearing stranger is stressful but Ashley really made me feel comfortable with the whole process. She was willing to work with me on communication issues, so that I didn't have to struggle to understand what was being said, or pretend to understand everything she was saying, and I felt like she really listened to everything I needed from a phone as a deaf cell phone user. She also made sure to help set up the phone with the available accessibility options for the deaf, and even went through the available ringtones to ensure I could hear at least one of them, prior to purchasing the phone, so I would be comfortable knowing that I was leaving with a phone that I would be able to USE. By the time I left Kelcom, She made me feel like we together were working to make the right step forward FOR ME, and not just so the company could have another customer. Wish I would have switched over with her years ago! More customer service reps need to be as deaf-friendly as Ashley was, it was one of the most welcoming experiences I've had in a long time. Thanks Kelcom, and thanks Ashley!

I was previously with Rogers and I stopped into Kelcom in Chatham, ON and I was greeted in a friendly manner by Vincent. Vincent went over all my options and phones available. If you want an honest and non-pushy sales experience Vincent is the man to help find you that perfect tech device that your looking for. In my opinion Vincent is an EXTREME asset to the Chatham location as Vincent was also well versed in all devices and was able to answer all my questions. In my opinion 5 stars is not enough to explain the job Vincent did! I will be sure to recommend Kelcom Chatham for the sole reason that I know that who I refer will be well taken care of. Upper management should take note on Vincent’s qualities as the retail world doesn’t have people that truly care about the customer and I can say Vincent does. WAY TO GO VINCENT!
