Sales associate was extremely pushy and opinionated. I was told that my lenses would be anti-reflective but am seeing blue in pictures and when I look in the mirror which was not explained to me nor was what I wanted. They told me that my Groupon was basically worthless since their deal was better but they would take off the price I paid for the Groupon but forgot $20. I picked up my glasses yesterday and they were trying to push me out the door without properly making sure my glasses were fitting correctly. They didn't give me the eyeglass cleaning kit that I paid for. I asked for my prescription and they didn't supply me with my pupillary distance so now I can't even order glasses somewhere else.

The staff was very friendly and helpful while I was picking out my eye glass frames. I was waiting for my husband. I didn’t even have an appointment booked yet. My husband is hard on his frames and our person helped him pick out frames that he like and had some strength to them. Did I mention he likes them! Anyways I’ll be returning for my visit soon.

I love this SVS location. I used to live in the area then I moved about 45 minutes away but I make the trip because it's worth it. The staff here are so warm and welcoming, I'm greeted by everyone when I come in and it's such a friendly atmosphere. They always check for discounts for me and look for rebates. Never left this location without a smile :)

Will not EVER return to SVS! I went to SVS because they were on my insurance provider "covered" list. When I called to schedule the appointment, all of my information was obtained. I asked MULTIPLE times if they accepted my insurance and if they understood the type of insurance I had. I was told yes to all. When I was done with the exam today, I was informed that I needed to pay for half of the exam and that I HAD to purchase contacts from them. The OWNER is one of the most rude unprofessional individuals I have EVER dealt with in a medical setting. DO NOT GO TO SVS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

The staff was very friendly but besides the exam price being competitive, the prices for the glasses were outrageous! Not sure if they were dipped in gold or platinum, but I never have been quoted 500 for just the lenses! No insurance. I'll buy elsewhere. But I would go back for just my yearly exam.

THE STAFF IS INCREDIBLE. THEY ARE SO WARM AND WELCOMING. THE DOCTOR IS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND EASY TO TALK TO. I PREFER THIS SVS OVER MT. CLEMENS ANY DAY. Edit: When I went back to get my contacts, I asked for a case but the manager told me that they didn't give it cases. The other worker overheard her and told her that she was mistaken that they did have cases. Ther manager corrected her and told her that she didn't know what she was talking about. I ended up getting one, but she definitely didn't want to give me one. Everyone else was super nice.

The employees in this store are wonderful and none of this is their fault. SVS will sell you poorly made glasses then charge you to repair them when they fall apart. Unfortunately, I can't recommend going there.

Amazing! I came here for the first time for an eye exam. It was the best exam I’ve ever had. I was previously seeing an MD doctor for over 10 years and Ive complained about my headaches. After going to SVS, Dr. Mobilo found the cause of my headaches. She is very intelligent. Great staff, super friendly! I recommend going here 10/10.

Doctor took the time to ask questions which lead to me learning quite a bit regarding contact lenses that would ultimately work much better for me. Also educated me and my husband regarding vitamin supplemts to help with dry eyes. Highly recommend! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

This place is the best! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and takes her time to educate and answer all of your questions. They even have a Groupon which makes it extremely affordable for those without insurance.

I got laid off and couldn't pay the other half of my bill for a couple months. When I went back with my receipt they told me they don't have it and that I can't get my money returned or the things I bought cause how long it took. They STOLE 600 from me! Will never go there again

Used SVS many times over the years, but the last visit will send me elsewhere. I told the staff several times that I could not see out of my new glasses. I was told it was because I did not purchase the coating. A new pair was made, and I had the same issue, so the glasses just went into the drawer. 6 months later, I go to another eye provider, and it turns out that those SVS glasses were the wrong prescription in one eye- 2 steps off. Gee, go figure. Also, they sent my husband the wrong eyeglasses. The replacement pair was shipped to a different customer with the same name. Rusty is great optician by the way.

Wow!!! Just switched SVS stores..this one in Lenox on 26 mile is amazing!! Everyone is so friendly and very professional!!! My new prescription is perfect!! We will never go anywhere else!! Great doc great staff!! So impressed with the whole place!

SVS is usually where I always go to get my glasses. I decided to give the store on 26 mile in Lenox a try and they knocked it out of the box for me. I had my glasses in less than a week. My wife and son just visited this location for eye exam and to pick out glasses. The lady handling my son purposely discouraged my son from getting the glasses he wanted because she thought they look feminine. The lady that handle my son was very over opinionated. She should have realized that her opinion does not matter. What kind of woman tells a little boy that the glasses that he picked out that he doesn't look good and that she would not pick them last time I checked it's about the customer not the associate.
