It seems like the eyeglass frame industry is a huge rip off. How the F do frames cost as much as they do? There is a nasty old hag here. Others are all right.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I went in at 12:30 pm on a Saturday. I knew exactly what I needed for my son. Shane and Besty (maybe her name) we're unbelievably awesome! They were friendly and helpful. Best of all Shane was able to get my 20 month old his glasses that day!! Unreal and unheard of! Did I mention that they closed at 1pm! Yes in 30 minutes they got me in and out. And the fact they were great with my son is all a mother could ask for. I also drove 45 minutes to this store because they are the only ones I could find that carry MiraFlex glasses for children. Which is definitely worth the money! Thank you again Shane and Besty! We will be back.

Difficult to get there if you work a 9-5 job - Saturday seems to be the only option. The experience is very different depending on who is serving you. I went there twice and worked with Bessie - very professional and helpful. The third time I went, I worked with someone else and difference was night and day. Between the work hours and inconsistent customer service I am not sure I would go back.

We have purchased 4 pairs of glasses for my son for the last 4 years and always are impressed with their customer service and expertise. They are great with young children and carry Miraflex which is hard to find. Convenient as they are across the hall from Cole Eye Institute.

What a great place to go for glasses. First, great staff. Thanks Bessie, Karen and Kelly. I have to tell you, I visited 2 other optical stores for frames and glasses. I received no attention other then choose a frame, let me know when your ready. First, even though I have vision insurance, the cost was high. Here at Signature the prices are reasonable, staff friendly. I tried on such a variety of frames to find just the right ones. Let me ask, how many optical places can you go to choose from sooooooo many frames? And how many times do you receive such personal attention? I've found my store, I suggest you stop in to see these girls at the Beechwood location.

Very disappointed I was unable to visit while visiting from Youngstown as I had called 2-3 times just asking for information. The last time I called the person must have assumed that I was not serious when I asked where they were located and she answered Detroit, Michigan why is that too far for you? Thinking she was serious I said yes, I'm in Cleveland. I thought this was strange as the number has an Ohio area code. Long story short I left and called again and someone else answered the phone and confirmed the location was indeed in the Cleveland area (Beachwood to be exact)!

Not open for people that work. Staff not too friendly. If you know what you want/need, insist on it. They want to just get you out of there.
