Have been using the online order and pickup option during the pandemic. Orders have always been ready on time and are brought out to the car in a timely manner. They are pretty good at what they pick for you, but we have had a couple items or produce that weren't the best.

It had so many deals that I ended up buying what I didn't plan on spending money on. For example, bananas are ripe and its price is $0.29 per pound; that's excellent. In Windsor, the price would have been what it was normally regardless.

This store is good for a variety of products from groceries to housewares to clothing. They have a pharmacy as well. Their deli is great and their meat is fresh. Great produce section and pre made salads are a great deal. A good place to get a quick lunch that's not fast food. The rotisserie chicken is really good here too.

It's a great store with amazing prices and an unbelievably wide variety of products, however their delivery option doesn't allow for PayPal transactions. I don't have a credit card and am unable to shop for groceries in person, as much as I want to make Superstore my primary store Walmart is the only grocer that allows the kind of payment option I need.

Doing a grocery pick-up day, grocery kid dropped my paper towel off the cart into a rain puddle then told me it was all good! I coached the young kid in baseball some years ago so I went lightly on him. I said don't think about it go grab me a new one after I pointed out the rainbow colour in the rain puddle indicating gasoline in the puddle & probably spit & God knows whatever else..... Mmmmmmm. Lol all good!

This is my go to for all my grocery and pharmacy needs, I love their exclusive clothing section as well. Superstore is a one stop shop. They also offer grocery pickup which has been great during the pandemic due to my son being auto immune. The staff is helpful and always go above and beyond.

This is about my 4th grocery pick up. Every other time any fruits or vegetables I ordered were picked like they were shopping for themselves. This time the strawberries were not very nice and looked like someone took quite a few out. The nectarines were disgusting.

All round grocery store. Clean, well stocked. Nice butcher dept. I was surprised to find goose, duck and even rabbit available. Helpful checkout ladies. If you bring your own shopping bags they will not help you pack but if you buy bags they will pack it all for you. There is a wine shop inside the store as well as a laundry cleaners and financing company.

Can find most of everything I'm looking for or want. Management needs to have a talk with the lottery kiosk people about being more friendly with the customers as I find with some, that they are irritated when wanting to purchase tickets. I understand they are busy and need to go do things, but it only takes a couple of minutes to see to the customer's needs and do it with a smile. When I deal with this, I usually go buy my lottery tickets elsewhere.

My family and I go there once or twice a week. We like the product selection and the meals to-go. However, some of the staff really lack on the customer service front. I've noticed that the staff manding the lottery kiosk are consistently rude and without provocation. Every time I buy my lottery tickets I feel like I'm an inconvenience to their day, even though I go out of my way to be really polite. Sometimes they chat to each other but barely talk to the customer while they are processing their tickets. Also last week I was at the self check-out and I needed a staff to come help me; she came over, did her thing and walked away without looking at me or saying a word. I said thank you and she just walked away. I hope the store finds a way to motivate their staff to be polite and make a little effort to provide basic customer service.

I have always had good luck going to the shopping center. I also recently tried getting the online shopping and deliver to your car. It was perfect. They called me when they couldn't find what I had ordered. They came right out at the time. I had a reserved parking spot and the young lady even gave me a bottle of water. I really had a great experience! So helpful with little kids and helps you to stick to exactly what you need.

I use their curbside pickup and they miss stuff on my order all the time that ends up being sold inside the store. This defeats the purpose of paying $5 for curbside pickup. I'm not really sure if it's a clerical error or they just don't look.
