Imperial helped me out of a huge jam. My dog chewed up my glasses and I'm so near sighted that, without my glasses, I can do nothing. They got a new pair of glasses for me within days. They rushed it and even with the rush, the service was wonderful. You can tell when a local business cares about you and when they don't. Derek, Brittany and the staff really care.

My mom had an absolutely terrible experience today. We have been loyal Imperial customers for many years but I think that will now change. My mom went in last week and ordered prescription sunglasses as she had misplaced hers. She asked if they would be in before her two week sun vacation. She explained if not, she would not order them as her script was due to be updated and she would just wait until after. She was told yes no problem they would be in before she left. Today she goes in to pick up and is told they will arrive the day after she leaves on her vacation. Sorry, was all she was told. Really disappointing customer service Imperial. If you promise something, you should deliver. For some reason if you can’t deliver on your promise, you should at least try and do something to help or make the situation better.

Derrick and His Team provide outstanding customer service, All of The Time! During the pandemic he still managed to help me out with my broken glasses, found a way to provided me remote touch-less service even though he didn't have too! Way to go Derrick. I've been coming to Imperial for 10yrs+ we wont go anywhere else - definitely the best place in Town. Thanks

I can't go here because I would be a new patient. But I can goto Walmart and get an appointment... So if I was already a customer they'd see me?! What is the difference. The receptionist basically hung up on me 2 different times, while I was inquiring.

I am having cataract surgery soon. My eye surgeon noticed that I had worn contact lenses for over 35 years, prior to changing to wearing glasses about 12 years ago. He suggested that I should consider using a contact in my right eye, (after my left eye surgery). Although I would only use the lense for a month between surgeries, sounded good to me, I was looking forward to not having to wear glasses!! Since I have used Imperial Eyewear for quite some time, I decided to order a contact lense for my right eye. Those fantastic people GAVE me a trial lense to wear!!!! I cannot thank them enough!! They have always been super to work with.......but......I never expected such generosity on their part. Thank you! Thank You!!! Thank You!!!!

Wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff here take care of their patients / customers. I broke my frames in half 2 days before they announced full lockdown due to COVID. Because of the uncertainty of when I'd be able to get my glasses replaced (frames needed to be ordered), they made sure I had a pair to put my lenses in in the interim so I wasn't left without during such an uncertain time.

Went to the store, stood there for 15 mins, the girl behind the desk saw me and just ignored me. Even if you are busy atleast acknowledge the customer instead of ignoring someone looking for help. Went straight to Hakim Opticals right across the street where I was helped in 5 mins.

Very helpful! I've been there several times now, purchased different glasses and the staff is extremely helpful. They always go above to make sure your taken care of. They helped fit my glasses and after wearing them for a bit they were not quite right. I stopped by and they tweaked my glasses, told me if they were still not right stop by anytime.

Staff was pretty friendly and helpful. I bought 2 pairs of glasses. The same frame but one normal and one sunglasses. The normal pair I couldn't see out of unless I tilted my head back. I mentioned how they fixed the issue at other places but they couldn't seem to get it after I went in 3 times. Ordered a pair online instead and can see perfect. Would have been 5 stars but my issue was never solved and feels like my money wasted.
