Interesting product selection. They're based in Quebec, so their products are of different common brands than fou d here normally. They could do to stock more of the normal men's sizes in clothes though! 40x30 up to 44x34 isn't your usual man's size.

Very nice department store. Somewhere between Giant Tiger & Walmart. Has an interesting Homesense vibe with lots of different household wares. Inexpensive decent clothing, shoes,etc.

Great little store, has some awesome employees. However Deb will definitely argue, bicker, call you names and be little you if you ask for the sale price advertised. At Christmas time...really? Stand your ground when it comes to dealing with Deb. Happy Shopping!

Very cramped and crowded, crates and boxes everywhere, narrow aisles, surly staff. Do NOT buy food here, it all passed the best-before date years ago.

I like the products, but the employees are abrupt and unhelpful. I am disabled and i had a very difficult time getting around the aisles because they were too tight. My first time at a Hart store was a week and a half ago, while there, I asked for help with the blinds because i couldnt reach the area. One of the employees was there and i asked for help. She reluctantly helped for a minute but was acting like i was asking too much for her to find me the right sizes that i gave her. She told me that theyre all there and id have to go thru them to find my size. Its not like i could stand up and look myself. Why is it such a hassle to help a customer. In they end, she didnt help and i had to leave without getting any blinds. So not only is the store wasting money paying such a person hourly but also lost money from the customer that was ready to buy

Nice things for the home! I was there on January 15, 2019 and an employee named Julie (short golden hair) helped me out. She was polite and helpful. I was there with my electtic scooter. It is difficult to get by some of the aisles. I wasnt able to even get down some aisles because there were full carts in the middle of them and curtain rods on the floor. But at least Julie at the checkout gave great customer service...she is the reason i gave even 4 stars.

i called 5 times online customer service and all the times my phone is going on voice mail and no one is answering and secondly web is showing +99 no deliveries fee but they still charged i feel conned and really very poor experience and i will write the same review until they contact me.

Very hard to tell if the store is just a liquidation store or an actual department store for all the mess all over. While they have a sign up that says"excuse us while we renovate" or whatever, the mess never goes away. It's a shame because I only think of popping in here after I've been to the 2nd hand stores. At least they are more organized I don't leave me feeling like the store is run by hoarders

I bought blinds there. When i opened them there was no hardware in the box . It said hardware was included. I was replacing the blinds, so I put them up with wrong coloured hardware and i figured I could go back and show them the bill and they could give me hardware fom another package. Easy right? Wrong. They insisted that I bring the blinds back.I gave them an easy solution to my problem and they gave me nothing but grief over it .This was all after waiting in line again for half an hour. Their intelligence left alot to be desired

The place is a mess. No customer service to be found on the floor anywhere....& when you cash out prepare to stand there for half an hour. Went there 3 times now...each time same BS. If any place in the mall should shut down it's that dysfunctional place . I asked If she call up for another back up till..she did ..but when the unprofessional idiot finally decided to walk up she in front of many customers said she was busy with something else ...after she included the other till had not yet been counted for the day . Joke of a store that's for sure ..and let's not forget how over priced they are..... Oh and good luck getting clothes down from the ceiling ....cus you wont find NO HELP.

Wow! What great service! Went in to look for furniture for son going back to uni. Staff were so helpful and friendly. We found everything we need , sofas, chair, towels literally everything at great prices. When we left my son said to me, what nice women, they were so helpful! We went back to store the next day to pick up sofas and we dealt with the manager and another lady. They went out of their way to help us, I am a big believer that it is management that sets the tone in a workplace and it is clear to see why there is such a great atmosphere and attitude with the staff. I will now go to this store first for everything. They deserve to stay in business. If the mall closes I hope they relocate this store somewhere else as I think in a better location this store would be the busiest place in Chatham. Between the fantastic service, the huge selection of goods and the unbeatable prices it deserves a visit! Well done girls! Really impressed! Thanks for all your help! You will now be our first stop for everything!!!!

Merely another upscale 'dollar' store selling the same old Chinese/Foreign junk as the rest of the mall---what's left of it. Stuff lying everywhere. Had to climb over other boxes to have a look at something else. Ridiculous and a disorganized mess... I give it a year or two, tops.

Amazing pricing, got the most comfortable mattress and 2 pillows and set of 400 thread count sheets for under 500 dollars. Was very pleased with this store.

Friendly and helpful staff, was in and out in less than 20 minutes , we knew what we were looking for (chairs) and the staff member quickly got us loaded up and on our way. All covid rules were followed.
