I was in the store on Thursday, June 17, 2021, morning for a repair. I needed a screw for my reading glasses that were rendered useless without it. The young man who waited on me was professional, kind and more than willing to assist. I was so pleased to deal with a business that understands good customer service. It was a quick and easy visit. The woman working in the store was equally as service-oriented and I was impressed by the level of attentiveness that they both provided. Thank you. Thank you for courteous, friendly and caring employees. They both deserve a raise for going above and beyond .

I buy my glasses for the second time form here. Their glasses are something exceptional. So clean and clear view all the time. Customer support is very good. Like the most!!

These people are amazing. Wonderful customer service, great products. Less expensive than others. Broke the arm on two of my favorite pairs of glasses, purchased from Hakim years ago. They fixed both of them for $10.

I used to get my glasses here all the time. They used to have great deals, buy one pair, get one free, had good deals that even made up for the poor quality of some, but not all of their frames. They have quality frames too, but you have to search through the confusing inventory. Sadly, over the last 6 years I visited, prices seemed too expensive with none of those good deals. I end up going to Costco and getting 2 pairs cheaper than what 1 pair would have cost me at Hakim.

worst experience of my life! this is why I'm against the middle eastern folks! I went there to get my regular contact lenses and the owner suggest a different brand then when they wouldn't work he denied me getting my regular brand because my prescription was a year out of date. he sent me home to drive half blind. I even offered to pay him an extra $50 for my safety and he wouldn't do it. what a guy!

I popped into this Hakim location, today, without calling ahead first - I had a pair of brand new pair of high-end sunglasses that I had sat on and bent the arm. I had purchased them overseas, so I couldn't take them back to the seller for repair. The young guy at the front counter took a look at them, said they weren't too bad, took the arm off and reshaped it, tested it, and tinkered with it again - and, voila - he fixed them! When I asked what the charge would be, he just smiled and said 'no charge'. He was personable and took care of me without delay, all without making any other customers feel rushed.
