Amazing customer service! Was having trouble picking a pair of glasses. Then the manager (Anna) helped me choose a pair. She was very knowledgeable about fitting me with glasses as I have a very tiny face and thought everything looked too big. Won't go anywhere else, definitely reccomend this location!

My daughter was there for the first time a few weeks ago and she was amazed with knowledge of the staff, nice atmosphere, choices of frames, etc, etc.. Also a price was more reasonable, than elsewhere - I know, because I had to pay the bill ;-)

Took my daughter here to get her first pair of eyeglasses. I've dealt with this location before, particularly with my aunt whose prescription is very difficult to do and Hakim has always done a wonderful job with her. We dealt with the optician student (can't remember her name) but she worked with Ana and both were very helpful. They took their time and helped my daughter pick two frames that she loved. When we came back two weeks later we got a very thorough adjustment by the district manager who was in town and the glasses were made to fit perfectly. Great customer service and attention to detail. And everyone working was genuinely nice! A pleasure to deal with.

This place is an absolute joke. No one knows what they are talking about. Guy selling me my frames couldn't even read my prescription. No one can perform any task without the "manager" being there. Manager and owner are completely incompetent and do NOT care about their customers at all. Never coming here again and will be asking for all of my files to be removed.

I have lived in Tecumseh for 30 years. I have been a customer for 20+ years. If you require a new pair of glasses, repairs to existing the service is always FANTASTC. The service you will receive is outstanding. I will continue to visit this location for all my eye needs. I think everyone should check out this location for there customer service skills.
