Fraser Optical in Richmond scheduled me for an emergency visit the same day with the Optometrist. I learned I had a detached retina and they sent me immediately to a specialist. My eyesight is saved because of the urgent care I received by their doctor who moved appointments around to accommodate me. I am forever grateful

First time here for glasses and let me say I won’t be going anywhere else. Picked up my Oakley’s and dealt with Dave in Richmond. Fantastic service and great guy to deal with. Even fixed my old work glasses for me as they had been bent up. Staff is friendly and very helpful in helping to pick out glasses. I felt like I’ve been a customer for years, thanks everyone!

I called Andy at Fraser Optical and the in-house lab cut me new lenses within 24 hours with my identical frames and they Fed Exed the glasses to me so I could enjoy my vacation.
