This place is okay but is very very expensive. My mother took me and she got her contacts and they said it would cost $200 just to get them shipped let alone the fact that they cost $1000. I recommend another place such as Walmart vision.

I absolutely love Cleveland Optical the staff are always super friendly and more helpful than most places, I love that they don’t try to get over on you they actually help you to get the best deal possible and their deals are almost unmatchable! They have a huge selection of frames and accept mostly every insurance company but even if you’re paying out of pocket it’s definitely worth it ! Whenever I’m at Cleveland Optical I don’t feel like just another patient they treated me like family and I will definitely be back year after year!!

FYI IF YOUR COVERED UNDER CARESOURCE I CHECK WITH YOUR CARESOURCE PROVIDER I DID THEY ARE NOT TO CHARGE YOU ANYTHING FOR YOUR GLASSES OR FRAMES OR THE GLASS IN YOUR FRAMES THEY ARE NOW GOING TO BE UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR FRAUD AND A COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FILED AGAINST THEM CARESOURCE DOES NOT CHARGE YOU FOR YOUR GLASSES. UNLESS YOU WANT EXTRA STUFF OR UNLESS YOU'RE GETTING BIFOCALS OBVIOUSLY SO I'M TELLING YOU YOU BETTER LOOK INTO IT BECAUSE THEY'RE TRYING SOMETHING THEY'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO TRY SO I WENT TO A DIFFERENT EYE DOCTOR AND I'VE CHECKED AROUND OTHER EYE DOCTORS AND YES THEY DON'T DO THAT

The Optician knows how to Help me find the perfect frames. I'm from Old Brooklyn. he was able to get my prescription and glass ready within a week. We have caresource and payed the $40.00 dollar copay for poly lens and they included a free upgraded frame with a huge selection and free scratch coating! We verified with Supperior vision and there is a $40.00 copay for poly lens and it only includes medicaid frames not upgraded frames! Tiffany Klinkiewicz sounds like a entitled crack head complaining about a $40.00 copay LOL! We saw the computer proving caresource has a $40.00 copay. I have the pleasure of saying Cleveland Optical is the best retail eye glass store I have ever been to. I went to many before and I never had this phenomenal experience. This place is seriously awesome and better than the reviews suggest! They will take good care of all your eye needs! I highly recommend.

Was told they would not rebook me after advising them that I would not be getting glasses there and asking for clarification of copay. They did not clean chin and forehead part of test apparatus. Very Unprofessional... you can do better.

If I could give a 0 I would very unsatisfied with this place iv gotten glasses before that were not right but I tried them again but this time it took over a month to get my glasses and when I called to inquire about where they were the person was rude and unhelpful said they would call back with a answer and never did from now on I will drive out of my way for a pair of glasses so I do not have to deal with them

From the receptionist to the exam room everyone including eye doctor is super friendly. They are very good with my kids and my grandparents! The lady who did measurements suggested color styles that work perfectly for me! Honestly anyone who has a problem here will have a problem everywhere! Prices are good and service is the best and my whole family has been going to Cleveland Optical for years! I really recommend Cleveland Optical!!!!!

This place is charging $40 co-pay to caresourse recipients and they're not supose to charge. Caresourse vision is under superio vision and you need to contact them directly and ask about this charge, because if you're under caresourse plan you shouldn't have to paid no co pay. Be aware.

I would recommend Cleveland Optical for your eye care needs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped me choose a very stylish pair of frames that fit my budget. They went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

The staff was friendly.the doctor was friendly. However I ordered my glasses I was not told they would be on back order otherwise I would have picked a different frame. They didnt even bother to tell me they was on back order I called to see what was taking so long and was told then. I tried to call back the next day a Tuesday at 4;15 because I was gold my glasses may be in stock this day. But was already closed even tho they say they are open till 5pm this was my first and last time using this place
