I absolutely loved my glasses. But when I called to ask about getting a scratch buffed out, I got read the riot act and made to feel like it was a stupid question. If you have multiple calls per month asking that same question, then I guess I'm not the only one who thinks that way. I don't need to travel out of my way just to be insulted...I will take my chances on glasses in Chatham. Chances are now though I'll go stateside.

Shelley and Al are the only place I have been to in the last 15, years, they are both kind and incredibly helpful. They have a great selection at the store, and I have never had a problem with after service adjustments with the frames or glass. Great big Thank-You to Shelley and Al for being the best!!!

I have been going here for over 14 years now. I found them back when I was attending college in Ridgetown. I have lived everywhere but Blenheim, but I continue to make the trip here. Shelley and Al are so incredibly helpful and kind. They have a great selection of frames and are always up to date with their styles. Their prices are affordable and quality is fantastic! They will do about anything to help you find the right frames and they always get them done in a timely fashion. Thanks Shelley and Al for being so awesome! Will see you two soon!
