If at least 1 of the employees had deigned to look at me or greet me I may have been patient or understood alas it was not the case .... Never again Jean Coutu. Si au moin 1 des employés avait daigné me regarder ou me saluer j'aurai peut etre patienté ou compris helas ce ne fut pas le cas.... Plus jamais Jean Coutu.

I got tired out the poor attitude I get from the pharmacy. I figured it was an employee with one bad day, but I have received on several different occasions the same treatment. I heard similar stories from people from community, so I assume I'm not the only one. The service was great here a few years back, but it has gone down-hill since then. I switched to Pharmaprix which was a complete contrast compared to this Jean Coutu. Staff was friendly and courteous towards any unique situation I had.

Had a controlled prescription missing 5-6 pills the first prescription I had ordered from here…off to a bad start. Will be making a complaint with health Canada due to staff not being able to count or stealing medication to resell.,
