I can't undstand how bad customer service is at this place. I recently moved from montreal to Chateauguay. I use to have a very good customer service at my pharmaprix. I thought it would be the same. 5 to 6 people talking about their vacation. They just dnt seem to care about the customers waiting. Malgré que je lui ai dit que l'employé m'avait dit d'acheter cette carte, elle m'a répondu que ce n'était pas un magasin d'électronique! Would absolutely not recommend this pharmacy! I walked in and was followed from one corner of the store to the other. I made sure to test it multiple times and to move around to be sure to not unjustly accuse anyone of harrassment, especially in the times we live in now. I confronted the supervisor in training who was the girl that was following me and politely asked if she was following me and why. She adamantly said no and I took her name down and called back once I got home. The supervisor who answered was disgustingly dismissive and disrespectful and said that she was "putting up price tags" and that she didn't do anything wrong. Not only that, she explicitly said that "she was not following you" multiple times. Also said that she checked the cameras and "didn't see anything". I've never had problems with this store and I've been a customer for over a year now and I do not appreciate feeling like a thief when I shop, especially at a store that I go to frequently.

I am completely mortified and disgusted by the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence. I experienced dealing with this pharmacist. I went there to have a regular prescription filled when I received my medication it didn't look the same. So I inquired with the technician if I could speak to the pharmacist about this. She was polite and diligent and went and got him. When the pharmacist arrived I told him my concern and he was dismissive and disrespectful and told me I didn't have to buy it if I didn't want to. I was shocked by his tone and demeanour toward me for asking a simple question about the medication I was about to put into my body. You would think that a pharmacist would want to make sure that he has filled the right medication and be open to answering any of my questions. To make matters worse he didn't even give me the standard fact sheet about the medication he had given me. Luckily for me, I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow and I will be able to show him what the pharmacist has given me as I don't trust this pharmacist. In my opinion, I guess this pharmacist felt he didn't have to explains himself to a black woman, everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity and equally especially when it comes to their health. The pharmacist I dealt with there seems to be of middle eastern descent. I hope this is an isolated incident and you will provide your employees with proper training. Especially when they are dealing with people's health, I expected better from you.
