C'est une salle avec juste des appareils et des chaises très peu confortabbles....de plus nous avons été interrompues par une employée qui est venue lui poser une question. Dans un deuxième lieu, tout au long de mon dernier examen en décembre, ils m’ont diriger vers les verre de contact, ce qui est bien, ils m’ont dit qu’ils m’en passerais ( je cite le mot passerais ) que je pourrais en essayer pendant le ski et qu’ils me montrerait comment les mettre. J’ai trouvé ceci fort gentils et courtois, mais non. Un montant de 65$ s’est ajouté à ma facture pour ce service... 4 semaines plus tard je n’ai jamais eu de nouvelle sur la commande de me verre depuis. Aussi, le choix des montures est asser limité (rien ne faisait bien) et le prix est simplement exhorbitant. Mieux vaut aller à un compétiteur tel que Bon look pour une qualité-prix plus raisonnable. Je vais définitivement demander un remboursement pour « l’essaie » de me verre de contact et probablement aller ailleurs dans le futur, malheureusement car j’aimais bien l’endroit.

If you have insurance avoid this place. Eye exam is usually covered by insurance up to 80 CAD, their price 85 CAD and does not include glaucoma and cataract check that is usually included by any other optometrist in the 80 CAD test. I went to IRIS mainly because they say they do the insurance claim online, but this did not work. When selecting the glasses there is no assistance, didn't even mention which are lady or man glasses. Everything is overpriced, just for the lenses their price was 575 CAD. Of course, I just picked the prescription and get the glasses from another optometrist with reasonable prices and services. By the way my wife went to another optometrist in Chateauguay and cost her 498 CAD in total (exam, lenses and high quality frame from a known designer) everything covered by the insurance.
