Super frustrating experience. Charged for in store service both by D2 Technologie and Koodo. Both places deny responsibility of the in store Frais de connexion of $45. In addition, D2 technologie charge a fee of $35, so you will pay $70 in fees to simply have the possibility to buy a phone. Just order your phone online and avoid useless charges.
