Il est un excellent optométriste qui prend tout le temps nécessaire pour s'assurer que tout est parfait et qu'on reparte avec la bonne prescription. Si c'était un commentaire seulement pour lui, j'aurais mis cinq étoiles. Concernant la boutique, les montures semblent de bonne qualité puisque qu'ils sont spécialisés dans les montures haut de gamme. Le prix est en conséquence, mais c'est normal et le choix est excellent. Pour ce qui est des verres, ils sont vraiment très dispendieux. De mon expérience au moins deux fois plus cher que la compétition pour exactement les mêmes verres et finition. Encore là, c'est un choix d'entreprise que je respecte. La raison des deux étoiles, c'est que j'ai trouvé le personnel non-respectueux quand j'étais avec l'optométriste. Mon examen visuel a pris plus de temps que prévu puisque c'était un peu plus complexe qu'un examen normal. C'était en fin de journée et à plusieurs reprises, le commis sur place est entré dans la chambre d'examen sans frapper et montrais très clairement des signes d'impatience. Ensuite dû au prix, j'ai décidé de repartir seulement avec l'ordonnance, à partir de là le personnel était clairement moins agréable. Une autre chose que je déteste des vendeurs, c'est quand il ne connaisse pas un produit et au lieu de se renseigner, ils disent n'importe quoi. De plus, je comprends que l'objectif des boutiques de lunettes est de garder la vente suite à l'examen le plus possible, mais le faire en dénigrant la compétition et que si nous allons ailleurs, nous allons avoir des produits bas de gamme de mauvaise qualité ça, je n'accepte pas. Ensuite quelques jours plus tard, j'ai dû contacter l'optométriste pour une question et je dois avouer que ça été complexe. Quand j'ai parlé à l'optométriste, c'était bien mais plus tard, j'ai reçu un autre appel de sa part me disant le contraire. C'est dommage parce que j'ai bien aimé le Dr. Labonté mais t'en qui pratiquera à cette boutique je ne retournerai plus le voir.

Optician was slow as hell and babbled incessantly about his testing equipment being a time machine. Pleasant guy though. Sales guy was told how much I wanted to spend and had never spent more on simple reading glasses. He gave me an price of $399.99.. then dropped down to $ 249.99.. that's a big drop! Went across the street and paid less that 1/2 of that for a much better frame and glasses. Called me and I called back... was berated for wasting his time and to not come back to his store... that won't be a problem nor did I intend to.. first and last visit. Very unpleasant
