Myself and my husband walked into Vogue optical just over a year ago Fatima was there very polite very welcoming she showed compassion that she actually cares about people. That makes a huge difference helps us feel confident and trusting. They lied to us all the times we spoke on the phone saying they submit the claim to insurance directly, we pay the the remaining balance. When in there they don't know how to do it, a test they said cost $110 ended up being $ 150 what a difference and they are very expensive. Not going back again!

Too many phenomenal things to say about this store. First and foremost, I simply love my glasses and am very much impressed by the frame selection at Vogue Optical in Stone Road Mall (Guelph). Every single time I walk into the store, I am consistently greeted by warm, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful customer service representatives. I am an active professional and have been a client for approaching three years now; and I can honestly say that I inevitably always walk out of Vogue Optical with my glasses needs completely satisfied. The staff here treat their customers like their friends, and it reliably results in a fantastic experience - day in, day out! Without a doubt worthwhile to mention, is the staff member - and my now good friend - named Alex. Plain and simple, Alex is top-tier at what she does. She's such a sweetheart and is the definition of proficient at assisting her customers in a friendly and professional manner. It somehow turns into a pleasure when I need to return to Vogue Optical - and that says a lot about my customer satisfaction! Another employee who offers a positive, efficient experience is Jessie. She fixed two pairs of my glasses last-minute before a trip (in record time during rush hour) that I thought would need to be sent away. Jessie is not only talented, but also modest and kind. All in all, I have too many good things to say about the Stone Road location of Vogue Optical, and I would absolutely recommend that you, the reader, make your way into the store for a visit and see for yourself today :)

I was happy with the frame selection and pricing to start with. When I got my new glasses and sunglasses, I felt that I could see just slightly better with my old glasses. The optician explained that they had matched my prescription properly, but checked my old glasses and found that they had been made '1/4' stronger. This is something opticians can do based on their discretion. The iVision optician offered to replace the lenses in my new glasses with that slightly stronger prescription. They did this quickly, free of charge. So, even when things go wrong, they stand behind their product and service like true professionals.

Their glasses are fine, but I do have an issue with one of their radio ads. It goes like: "Don't wait until 2020 to get your glasses, come in today" or something similar. The commercial should go: "It may be 2019, but your vision can be 2020 today" - this is the type of thing that loses customers to the big-glass companies.

Took way too long to get my glasses. the lenses i ordered were chipped when they were putting them in the frames and had to be re-ordered. I was treated like I was a nuisance when I asked if becuase of the error I could get them sooner. I was told no, and to wait. poor customer service.

Great selection of glasses and the customer service was the quality I loved about this store. Vogue Optical was able to order the style of frames I really wanted (unlike their competitors across the hall) which I greatly appreciated. In addition their deals on glasses and sunglasses saved me money. I highly recommend Vogue Optical to anyone looking for glasses and will certainly be a returning customer. Although the staff are nice and accommodating, unfortunately I cannot recommend buying your glasses here as I have noticed the coating on my daily wearing lens chipping for the SECOND time. The first time around I went in to get it fixed and luckily it was pre-lockdown so I could drop off and pickup my lens on another day with minimal hassle. The staff explained it could be due to sudden change in temperature (hot to cold or vice versa) which I don't think my glasses have been subject to that. Now during lockdown, it's obviously not that easy. I'm going to have to wait until lockdown is over to get it recoated. Luckily I bought 2 pairs, so now I wear the backup lens which is not my favourite aesthetically, but it works fine as a temporary replacement.

I bought here eyeglasses with black transition lenses. I went back to the store as I was not satisfied with the dark black transition lenses. Months went by and after several drop into the store my glasses were still not ready. After 4 months I picked up the glasses only to discover that one of the lenses still had the transition. After my complaint to the head office I got my money back. And the worst thing is not any apology from that store for their lack of service. Ridiculous lousy shop.

I had an eye exam... Ordered 3 pairs of glasses.. When the glasses came in... I could not read from either pair... They took them back for adjusting of the lenses.. Second time the same! After 3 months of trying to fix my glasses.. I had 1 pair that I could wear... 1 pair stayed In the glove compartment of my car. They are still no good to me... I do wear the sunglasses because I have to.. They are still not great.... I now see doors and other straight edges as curved... So discouraging.. Will never Go to vouge optical again

Everyone was extremely nice and the customer service was great. But, they sold me progressive lenses that are impossible to see fine print with. I went back several times to have the issue fixed. In the end, I still can't read, neither print on paper nor anything on the computer. My previous glasses that are five years old are better than what I got there. I am going to a different place now to have new lenses put in my frames I spent way too much money there for an interior product. I feel bad because the folks who work there are definitely dedicated. But somewhere there is a glitch in the production, either with the script or the lens manufacturer.

I usually go to First Choice Vision Center, receive excellent customer service, and receive my glasses in under two weeks. This time, I decided to go to Vogue Optical for my glasses because a friend of mine wanted to go get glasses with me and this is where he wanted to go. This is now over a month since I have ordered my glasses and I still do not have them. My friend who ordered them at the exact same time as me already has his glasses. I decided to call the store because I haven't heard from them and they told me that they sent my glasses to gander to be done because their machine broke. It would have been nice if they had contacted me to let me know the situation and about how long the wait may be. Not to mention that when we walked in to pick out glasses, the sign said to wait by the door for assistance. So, we waited by the door for about ten minutes before someone came over to help us. Needless to say, I wont be going back to Vogue Optical.

I was one of GOLDEN EYES OFFICE patients since 2017. I was very happy with that clinic, high-quality service and competitive prices, either optometrists and glasses. Then I received a call from them and told me that our files moved to VOGUE optical. I've started with VOGUE optical .... the optometrist ( Dr.Liana Chinn) is amazing and I can say that she is the best optometrist I have ever seeing. BUT, the glasses prices are too high and too costly, and even the exam which I was paying for it 40$, now 50$. The last visit was for my little daughter and the guy there was inflexible, he forced me to accept their kid package while I didn't need that package which includes two pair of glasses ...anyhow, I don't have time to write and waste my time more but I saw non- professional dealing with customers especially with these uncertain circumstances which going over us ...all my focusing was to making my daughter glasses to wear it ASAP because all province under lockdown now . Really, it was weird, even the receipt stamped upside down ( NO REFUNDS), it is unnotably, at least they need to inform the customer with that in advance !!!!

Booked an appointment. Was a few minutes late. The front desk was busy with a customer so I stood around waiting. When the nice lady finally had a chance to go back to say I arrived she came back and said I was over 10 minutes so I had to rebook. I wasn't over 10 minutes late. I was there, in the office, waiting, and waiting in the office pushed me over 10 minutes. So I'll rebook somewhere else. Can't recommend a place like this.

Good selection of glasses to try, staff very friendly and helpful, with safe Covid protocols in place (glasses are cleaned between each customer before being put back on the display racks). Got a good deal on a free pair as well as an extra discount during a Fall promotion. If you are looking for a wide selection of high end designer frames (with their high prices) this is probably not the place for you, but it has lots of stylish frames to choose from.
