This place is soo far by far my favorite business that I've dealt with. In a city where 25 minutes is not enough time to pay a cell phone bill, because customer service is not a familiar concept. They saw me late into thier office/business hours. Gave me great and very friendly service. Plus on the way out gave me a very pleasant surprise. I recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Arsenault has been the most thorough eye doctor I've ever had. I love how she explains what she's looking for and my state of my eyes. I have an astigmatism, so have to wear toric contacts. I had a trial pair for only 4 days when there were two tears in them, I called and said I really liked them but had these tears. I discussed how I was suffering from allergies with dry eyes and was given suggestions for eye drops and was offered another trial pair to try with the new eye drops. This is my go-to vision centre with eye exams, buying glasses and contacts. Very professional, knowledgeable, patient and great service. Thank you!

I was nervous about going to a new optician for my glasses because of my past experiences ( Long wait times, rude employees, etc.) but when I went to Family Vision Centre, I immedietly felt very welcomed by the employees and they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pairs of glasses for me. The owner Sheri was also very helpful. The wait time for my glasses was not long at all and I am absolutely in LOVE with my glasses. I will definitely be coming back for my next pairs.

The glasses cost more than ten times more than what you can buy online. The materials, lens, frames, are cheap plastic that they buy for $5 and sell for $225+. Buying simple "designer" (poor quality) glasses with some options can cost you over $500, do yourself a favour and buy it online for $50 at most. Poor costumer service with fat lady that won't stop harassing you while you try to shop.

Dr. Catherine Arsenault was fantastic, doing a very thorough exam and explaining the results of each test. This was my first bifocal prescription, and Optician Alan Joseph took the time to explain the various options, with no pressure to "upsell", and also helped me navigate an issue with my insurance. I picked up my glasses today, and this is the best prescription I've had in years. Excellent service, excellent products.
