The bike is only 2 months old. During my recent visit I explained this to the guy on the floor, this did not seem very serious and not important. Pour la différence de prix entre Louis Garneau, plus jamais. Cependant c’est la marque maison à Sport expert donc il est normal que le vendeur en magasin pousse cette marque. Autre point, j’ai acheté mon vélo chez sport expert car je ne voulais pas me tracasser de rien, je voulais m’assurer que le vélo soit sécuritaire surtout que le vélo était pour mon fils de 4 ans. Le lendemain de mon achat, j’ai dû visser les vis qui maintienne en place le guidon, pensant que c’était un cas isoler et que ceci peut arriver au meilleur, nous n’avons rien dit. Ensuite, la seconde vis qui maintien le guidon à dû être resserré, ensuite 1 semaine plus tard mon fils perd une pédale, une chance qu’il a eu le réflexe d’un champion et qu’il n’a pas été blessé. Ce n’est pas fini, il y a aussi le frein avant droite qui ne fonctionne pas en plus qu’il est mal vissé et le tissu qui recouvre le banc qui se défait et les recouvre poigner qui se décompose déjà. Le vélo n’a que 2 mois. Lors de ma récente visite j’ai expliqué ceci au gars sur le planché, ceci ne semblait pas très grave et pas important. J’ai acheté un vélo neuf, parce que je voulais m’assurer de la sécurité de mon fils et de ne pas avoir à monter un vélo car je n’ai pas les compétences requises. Il semble que Sport Expert Chambly n’en ont pas non plus ou ils sont très négligents sur la qualité et le service.
