Stopped in to check it out, and I was met by the best eye-care experience I’ve ever had! Duncan is very knowledgable, personable and friendly, as well as Dr. Jaworsky. Tri-Vision Optical has a great selection at even better prices - the 3-for-1 deal that they provide is a no-brainer for anyone looking to get new glasses. However, it’s also the friendly, yet professional service that sets Tri-Vision above the rest. 11/10 satisfaction and will absolutely return!!

Duncan, the owner, is a wonderful person! He is very hands on and enjoys dealing with customers and it shows. Very friendly, gets to know clients personal. Went in with a prescription I got from another doctor, and the owner Duncan was very friendly and helpful. I spent about an hour looking around and trying on different pairs, didn't feel rushed or anything. If you're looking for a locally owned business where you're treated like a valued customer and not just another cheque, check this place out.

When we moved to Cambridge from Oakville, Ontario, I guess we put a lot of things on hold (or maybe it was just laziness when it came to getting an eye exam). We live in the Galt area, and when we saw a 3 for 1 eyeglass store open we were so happy. it was 10 years since we last purchased glasses (I know how bad is that) and the last time we purchased from a 3 for 1 store. I immediately contacted Duncan, who is the most pleasant individual, it feels like we've know him for years. We arranged to have our eye exam, which was a really thorough. Then we were ready to pick our frames, which I mean really 3 pairs for 1, how can you not love that. Duncan worked with us to make it as easy as possible (as we have coordination of benefits) to stay within our limits. The store is clean and has a huge selection...if you don't see what you like Duncan will bring out other styles from the back. Great new store! Dr. Stepan was very nice and took his time with my appointment. I did not feel like I was being rushed to read the letters like I have with past optometrist. Could not have imagined a better experience as the one we recently received. Dr. Jaworsky is friendly and thorough. He takes his time to make sure everything is just right and does not rush through your appointment. Duncan, is absolutely amazing. If you want honestly, he will not hesitate to let you know what works on you or not. Duncan and Krissy were both a pleasure to deal with from picking out frames, to picking up and having our fittings. Had to come back for one more fitting and never did they make you feel unwelcome. I visited Tri Vision Optical last week for an eye exam, and to find myself a pair of glasses. Stepan performed my exam and was incredibly professional, easy to talk to, and efficient. Once I was looking for my perfect pair of glasses (arguably the hardest part of the visit), Duncan stressed to me that he is not going to let me just "settle" on any pair. Duncan dived into my needs and wants and within minutes he found my perfect pair. Both gentlemen are rock stars at what they do, and incredibly passionate in their work. I would highly recommend you visit them next time you are in the market for an exam and/or glasses.

Online booking is easy and fast. The staff are amazing! They helped me choose 3 pairs of glasses right after my appointment with the doctor. I am an indecisive person and need help from friends before purchasing but they were so honest and gave many recommendations that I fell in love with 3 pairs quickly. The atmosphere is comfortable and the eye exam was quick but thorough. I recommend this place for sure!
