Although I bought glasses and contacts from them before and was planning to again, they seem to not want my service. Stopped in over ten minutes before close to check what they have as I'll be purchasing next month and they told me I cannot come in because they're closing at 7. I would have been in and out in minutes. If you want to have hours where you're open until 7, stay available until 7. If you want to close at 6:45 out that on your sign as your hours so customers don't drive there for no reason

I couldn't be happier with my experience. The optometrist was amazing, she even noticed that my previous prescription was too high and could be causing me eye strain and corrected it for my new pair. Andy gave me some great advice about frames and I was super thrilled with the prices. I ended up with three pairs! I've been dealing with several other local Optical stores for the past 15 years, none have even come close to my experience at this location. Great experience, highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about Jen at this location! She has gone above and beyond multiple times to make sure I get the best glasses and value for my kids. She went so far as personally picking up glasses at a different location so my daughter could have the perfect ones. I will never go anywhere else.

For one it takes a month to get in to an appointment and they book you for one day and then when you try to go to your appointment they act as if your appointment was non existent then once you make a big deal they say it was for another day At first they tried to act as if I didn't book an appointment at all and was asking are you sure you booked your appointment here, yes I'm sure I'm not insane I luckily keep a little book with all my appointments and its all documented. I was going to the Walmart to get my glasses and I went with them about four times to get my glasses in my prescription and my only complaint with them was the quality of glasses were very cheaply made which is why I had to keep on going back to keep getting them fixed and each and every time the quality was no better they broke within days besides that the service was good. Mean while at Zehers you book an appointment and that takes a month to get into you expect to have a little bit better service than "are you sure this is where you booked your appointment" no I must have wrote down in my book making up a story about booking a fake appoint for no reason mind you jm 30 I do not have altimers (godbless those who do) ... but I felt like that's what he was trying to say so I got super frustrated saying oh sorry for bothering you since I must bw crazy and hung up on him 5 mins later I get a call back with an apology saying oh I did find you and you're in the appointment book but your appointment with me was may 6 well that's weird because I have it written in my book that it was May 22nd so whoever their secretary is obviously doesn't know how to do their job OR maybe they did have to change my appointment for whatever reason but a call back would have been nice. LETS say I did have the wrong day a call before my appointment the day before is always appreciated and a lot of places do this so this doesn't happen . HIS ADVICE to reschedule in a month . LOL thanks but no thanks I need to get my license and to do so I need my glasses . If he was polite I probably would of second thought rescheduling but instead of trying to work with me to fix the problem he would rather blame the customer and point fingers my mind from not knowing where I'm booking my appointments LOL oh well besides that they lost a good client . I never actually made it to the appointment so I can't judge on appearance and how good they are at their job but I can tell you booking appointments and the way they deal with customers over the phone is unprofessional and they need a new secretary okay I give this place two thumbs down and a loss of a good customer and not just one but 3 I have a big family who as all in need not just me.

Called in to make an appointment for the weekend showed up for scheduled appointment was told there is no doctor in on the weekend. And yes confirmed on my phone that I called the correct Zhers optical location.
