Parminder (the owner) is the best - he has taken care of our whole family since we moved to Cambridge in 2014. He is fantastic at children's glasses fitting, and has always provided me with additional contact lens support whenever I've needed it. If you need anything in the way of eyewear/contacts, don't bother going anywhere else.

Myself and my family were on the hunt for a new optical office to deal with. Unfortunately our old office was no longer able to service our needs. We loved this place, We had created a great standing business relationship with the owners and staff. We were sad to have to say goodbye. Needless to say the search wasn't going very well. We had been to 6 different stores in the K-W, Cambridge area with little to no luck! For that matter I was actually fed up and feeling done for the day. My husband had been told to try precise vision among other places, and I agreed to ONE more stop!! When we arrived the store looked well stocked clean and inviting. It was late and definitely getting close to closing time. We walked in and met Ali, he was friendly informative and understanding. We explained to him that we were looking for somewhere that not only ourselves being adults but our 10 year old felt comfortable coming in and talking about our needs and wants. We were wanting a place that would work with our benefits and direct billing was a must. We obviously wanted and great selection as we are a family full of glasses wearer's. Ali and precise vision not only met all of these wants they've definitely exceeded them. We have since suggested Precise vision to family and friends alike, and am now here to leave a public review. Ali stayed with us I believe past close and answered all of our questions with a smile on his face. We're looking forward to the years to come once again with a great optical home for all of our needs! As we left there that evening Ali said with a smile "Welcome to the family guys" My husband, My 10 year old daughter and Myself would suggest precise vision 10/10 times.

First time buyer of prescription lenses-- a true fish out of water. A quick search for nearby opticians populated Precise Vision, a bonus that I lived nearby as well. I decided to visit the store during covid restrictions. I noticed hand sanitizer in store and was invited to try on lenses but to leave the ones I touched on a tray to be sanitized before going back on the shelf. This encouraged me to carefully select my pair. I was greeted promptly by Ali, he was polite and professional in assisting me to find the perfect one within my budget. The store had a wide selection of brand name glasses such as Maui Jim, RayB, Nike and many others. A true salesman and gentleman-- I will definitely be back! Also, received a bundle price after also purchasing a pair for my wife. Thanks Ali!

I had the best experience I've ever had purchasing glasses. Parminder and all his staff are so friendly and helpful. Great selection and very good prices. I shopped around and Optical Express (Cambridge ON) offers the best pricing I could find. I wear progressive lenses and the big stores were charging more for just the lenses than Optical Express charged for the complete set of frame and lenses. The selection is great too.The excellent service is the cherry on top!

Excellent experience... on the phone and in store. I went in to look for glasses for myself and ended up purchasing some for the whole family! Parminder helped us out when we were purchasing glasses for a family member from alberta who had damaged frames. He ensured he got the frames that he wanted and his glasses came in quickly!
