If i could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. I Saw the sign today for "walk ins welcome".. brought my step daughter in for an eye exam. Only one customer was being helped in the store while other employees were available. I asked politely to a man sitting at a desk if there was anyone that was available to do her eye exam. An older gentleman asked if I just wanted an eye exam or if I would also be purchasing the eye glasses there. I asked for just the eye exam. He then proceeded to say there was no availability for me then. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. These people do not deserve your business.

I had ordered prescription glasses previously from the Optical Palace, the service was excellent and glasses arrived as promised…. I just ordered my second set of glasses from the fellows at the OP, the service was again exceptional, my glasses arrived very quickly even though we are in the midst of a pandemic, the after service was great, Asif and Sam both went of their way to make sure the fit was good and I had sufficient cleaning supplies. The OP is located in the Cambridge Centre, near the food court do there are lots of parking options. They have a great selection of generic glasses and major brands like Oakley, Ray Ban, Coach, tons of options if they don’t have it in stock they can order. They do eye tests as well. Give them a try.

My glasses had some of the protective coating missing off the lenses so I went in to see if I could get them fixed, I asked to speak to the manager. Asif was extremely helpful! Although my warranty was already done on my glasses, he was willing to get them fixed for me, and he was very kind and understanding. At first I wasn't sure if I would ever go back but, after this experience, they will be my go to place.

Amazing place to purchase your glasses! They have a huge selection of sunglasses and regular glasses to choose from. The service is highly professional and personalized. To give you an example, they were able to order and have ready my glasses and my contact lenses in such a short amount of time. I have never felt up-selling pressure unlike other glasses locations and the staff is very knowledgeable. Optical Palace simply wants you to have a great experience every time you visit. Huge shoutout to Asif who I've had the pleasure of doing business with for over a year now. I dont care where life takes me, ill always come back to this location for my glasses needs.

This place is amazing!! I lost my glasses and was completely blind for days, I called around everywhere and nowhere would take me in for an appointment or would give me glasses due to Covid... I tried explaining to so many places that it's an emergency and I'm unable to see and go through normal day life without my glasses. These super friendly and helpful people were very understanding, and they squeezed me in the following day after I walked in and saved me from going weeks without glasses. They offered fair prices for my eye exam and my new glasses, I can't begin to explain how happy I am with their service. Thank you so much!!

I have been coming to this location since 2011. These gentlemen are not just customer service oriented, they are friendly, compassionate, and really skilled at what they do. I converse with them all the time about my family, work, and I am super impressed with their ability to speak multiple languages perfectly, including English. Their frames are second to none, very high end and they have state of the art lenses for prescriptions with all the specifications that one would want. Polarized, blue for the laptop/monitor, you name it. Thank you so much, Sam, for all you do for me. Sam, you make my choices so easy, and I'm always happy when I leave the store.

I have been going to the New Optical Palace since moving to Cambridge in 2005. Without a doubt the best place to get your glasses and eye exams. They have a great selection of prescription frames as well as sunglasses. They will work with you on the price and get you what you need. I am very hard on my glasses/frames and frequently return to get them fixed and cleaned. Without a doubt the best place to get your glasses! You will not be disappointed!

Very good vision center fixes glasses right away if any loose or flimsy lenses and screws in glasses very well people rarely get upset here they do very professional eye exams has good contact lenses for people to choose have good prescription sunglasses and does very good job for checking for eye problems workers are very polite and never misunderstand English and good with working with people who are pretty crabby highly recommend this place in the mall

This place is a joke, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life!!!! My husband came in to get glasses bought from here repaired. Still waiting on them after almost two months!!!! Initially they said it would come in in about a weeks time. Don’t come here if you need your glasses in a timely manner.

We just brought our picky teenager and they were able to find exactly what she was looking for, so now all 3 of us will be coming . We buy our sunglasses here too. One day, while walking through the Cambridge mall, I decided to give this place a try and it was the best decision I have ever made.
