Completely disordered and unprofessional when confronted about a product return. I don't recommend this place AT ALL!! I bought 2 Acuvue packs in February for $180 and had to return the item. After asking for a refund, Johnny told me to ship the product to Acuvue. I had to deal with Acuvue directly for my claim which was supposed to take 6-8weeks. Reps gave me wrong contact info and I was connected to Acuvue US or different departments numerous times. When I visited the store last month to find out the status of my claim, sales rep who has no idea about the situation tried to interfere. They didn't seem to update each other on work stats. The sales person, Christine, said she still didn't have a solution. So I suggested her that she can call Acuvue and ask them for a confirmation on the claim. She then said she's been frustrated with the situation. This is your job. DON'T tell me your emotional state when it is your responsibility to deal with the circumstances. It took 5months to receive the refund. I will never return to this place.

TL;DR: Competitive prices, quick service and a professional Doctor, would recommend. Went to Zien Optometry to get my eye checked as well as spend my student insurance coverage. The doctor seems very thorough with the eye exam and answered any questions I had about whether or not I needed glasses. They had a very simple pricing system for their glasses and they help my get the most of out of my student insurance coverage from school. Unlike a lot of other optical shops, where the staff loomed over you, they seem to give you a lot of freedom to try on anything you want. Once I choose my glasses they were able to get them done within an hour and i was able to pick them up right away. I got blue blocker lenses for my glasses and they demonstrated it with a blue light pen. The glasses came with a microfiber cloth and a hard case. Over all the service was very quick and the staff was helpful with the questions I had about the lenses and the frames.

Fantastic service, Johnny was really knowledgeable and did not try to up sell me on anything and all pricing is clearly marked with no hidden charges. Johnny also tuned the glasses to fit the bridge of my nose and ensured it rested properly on my face. Finally, the service was absurdly quick, my glasses were done in 20 minutes and I was still only half way through my 6 inch subway sandwich. Will definitely recommend.
