Heidi provided me with excellent service and proved she was extremely knowledgeable regarding supplying and fitting my RGP contact lenses. Prices were great, ordering and fitting all within a week. Heidi also recommended a post fitting checkup to make sure everything is working like it should - an unexpected and welcome change from what I've experienced before. Heartily and enthusiastically recommended.

Really rad people there! I broke my glasses and ran through all my contacts, they got my new glasses ready super quick (Ordered Friday, arrived Monday), and got the price to fit perfectly with my benifits. They also gave me contacts to get through the days I didnt have any. I really recommend them, everyone there is super kind, really funny and seem to genuinely care about helping people!

This is the ONLY optician that I can recommend in the GVRD. This is how true professionals in any field should act towards the clients who come to them for help and services. I needed new glasses and I was looked after by Heidi. She listened, asked questions, but best of all she offered Detailed answers and by doing this cleared up a lot of the "mysteries" of an ophthalmologist's examination, and the meaning behind a prescription. She advised me as to the best types of eyeglasses, and the reasons why she recommended them. She took a Long time with me to make sure that I understood the entire process. She was kind, patient, informative, educational and very caring in her manner towards me. She also verified a lot of my "suspicions" which were just not discussed by any doctors since I started wearing glasses 30 years ago. She never once pushed for an immediate sale. This woman is a Jewell. I have not met the team( 3 of them), but they must all be similar if Heidi is a shinning example. I trust this particular company and their staff over any others in the GVRD.

My 80 year old mother has been purchasing her glasses from here for as long as I can remember. The staff here is so amazing. They were very patient and helpful while she was choosing her frames and obviously took time to read notes from her previous purchases because they knew what she had liked in the past. They were very accommodating when she booked appointments and they fit her in last minute when we picked up her glasses. This was especially helpful since she does not drive. Thank you to Heidi and Ray for treating my Mom so well.
