I have to say visiting Provision Optical in Burnaby is one of the best experiences I had. The staff David is very friendly, exceptionally patient and attends to every details to ensure my prescription is correct and I get the suitable lenses I need. I originally only need lenses for my work PPE (stoggles)because no other optical wants to change the lens to prescription ones except here. But the price is so attractive that I end up having my sunglasses here and will come ack for another pair. I highly recommend this place!!

Very poor service. They have good deals on their eye glasses. But when I went back to ask for adjustments the guy gave it a few tries, which still didn't fix the problem, then he just gave up saying it looks right to him. I told him it doesn't feel right on my face, he then ignored me and went back to his work. I'll never come here again and would not recommend any friends or family to come here. My last eye glasses place charge 50% more but they have excellent customer service. They will ensure the eye glasses are a good fit for every customer. It was a mistake to go for deals.

Provision Eyewear Optical is a store you want to avoid. They are more interested in up selling what they advertise in their fliers and they do not give free eye examinations for low income MSP clients as they claim they would. It should be called Deception Eyewear Optical for they practice false/ misleading advertising and hope potential clients are stupid enough to buy their scams. I would never use them for my optical needs. Needless to say they are not BBB accredited!!!

STAY AWAY !!!!! If could give zero stars I would. Me and my GF went in there to get a pair of eyeglasses. We had a quote for the glasses we wanted from another place and the man told us that he could do the exact same glasses for almost $200.00 less. He said he would give us the glasses with 4 to 6 days. After many calls and 3 weeks the glasses arrive with single vision lenses instead of the progressives that we ordered. The man said it was our mistake and that we now needed to pay 100 dollars more to get the glasses we originally ordered. They made us wait another 3 weeks and then when the glasses finally came they weren't the thin lenses but thicker ones. In other words we got ripped off. DO NOT GO TO THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!!!!

I have had glasses made there for several years now. The prices are much lower than any where else. The optician is a happy helpful guy. PS 80% of optical stores are run by a massive corporation called Luxottica. Look them up. They own Pearl vision, Lenscrafters, Sears optical, And on and on ...

Me and a large group of co-workers got Stoggles PPE for work, and Provision Optical gave us an amazing deal for Rx lenses. David is very warm, polite, and soft-spoken. Me and my co-workers are so happy with our single vision and progressive lenses. Undoubtedly great service and an unbeatable price! There will be definitely more of us coming back!

i was extremely happy with the service and money i spent there. i used to pay alot of money to get brand name frames with good lenses. at provision optical i got the same frames other big name opticals sell for 500$ for just 280$. almost half and i compared it with a lot of other stores. very happy with my new glasses. :)

Don’t get your eye test at this place, I got mine and the information was incomplete. I told the owner there was information missing in my prescription. The cylinder, Axis and PD were not there. I went back to get a complete prescription and he refused to give me the info. If you don’t buy glasses from them, they will do this to you. Before paying for an eye test, make sure to get all this information.

My eye ware and exam was paid for by MSP without issue. However there was no call as promised to let me know they were ready.(could have been 5 stars)Good prices too when I lost my first pair and had to spring for the replacements.Also the gent behind the counter was pleasant and helpful and polite. I will go back.

I have now purchased 3 pairs of glasses from Provision. David has always spent a lot of time with me to choose the frames as I have a small face so many do not fit me. He has always found something nice. He spent a lot of time with me figuring out whether to get progressives. The last two places (one was Iris) that I had gone to did them wrong, both costing 1.200.00. I thought I couldn't wear progressives. It was less than half the cost at Provision and they got them right. I can see! I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

There front of house staff were rude and made it very uncomfortable . And they didn’t give me my prescription after my eye exam. Then made it really hard to book a follow up appointment. Don’t go here!

I am very happy and satisfied with the both quality and PRICE of my lenses. Highly recommend. Oh, don't forget to enjoy a yummy homemade burger at nearby restaurant, unfortunately I don't remember the name of the store but the burger was soooo good. Thanks to the guys at Provision Optical for recommending that.
