Great place to get eyewear. This place is the only eyeglasses place that I was able to find glasses that fit comfortably and that suit my face. All other eyeglass places I've tried have not been able to accommodate my finicky face. Also, when I first came here 4 years ago, I was in a panic and needed my glasses asap (I don't recommend getting into this situation, but life happens). Andy was able to get my glasses for me within 2 busines days! This was the only place who could accommodate. So, I've been a loyal customer since! Contact lens prices are are also very reasonable as well. They order in samples from various brands for you to try before comitting. Andy is also super helpful with his knowledge and recommendations. Highly recommend you get your next pair of glasses and contact lenses here! I'm bringing my mom here to get her glasses soon.

Cash grab place for sure. IC! Berlin prices are $300 more expensive than the company price itself?! also they rip you off with clear coat glasses mine have fallen apart after spending $900 for just clear lenses? a $2000 bill in total so that they can claim insurance costs from providers?

First off I asked them if they are under my coverage and they said they were which was a lie. Now I understand why they say no refunds. I asked for antiglare and these are the most glared glasses I’ve ever had. To top it all off they are crooked on my face. I recommend no one come here. I usually never leave reviews... so the fact that I am, please listen.

Went in looking for high-end sunglasses and walked out with two pairs. I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive their Assistant Manager, Tony was. He gave me his undivided attention while I tried on 15+ pairs and took the time to learn all my style preferences so he could suggest alternatives. I am thoroughly impressed by this man's level of performance and would not hesitate to recommend this shop to family or friends. Ask for Tony!

Tony was great! Tony helped me once before when no one else in the mall would with a pair of glasses that I didn't buy from him. I came back because of that. I comparison shopped in the mall and Tony had the best price by far. Great service and great price.

I received good customer service (especially with Andy) getting my progressive prescription glasses. Andy was patience and explained well the difference between the types offered. He even offered to look up an accessory for my existing glasses which I did not purchase from him. This will be my go to place from now on when shopping for eyeglasses.

Terrible customer experience, especially from the store manager. Wasted 2 hours of my time in this store only to be told that although they initially told me it would take 2 weeks to get the glasses, it may take 2 months and they can’t tell me when it would be ready. How would you pay $1350 and not now when you’d get what you bought ? I should note that Anna was super helpful with the process, but every interaction with the store manager was terrible.
