I would like to praise Maria from the Lougheed Mall Hakim Optical centre for her great customer service. They took my old frames in to replace my old lenses with no fuss, and it was so affordable that was a great plus. Her manager, Johnathan was also very pleasant and this place is just the BEST! I highly recommend, will go back there if I ever need anything eye-wear related ever again!

Rude, disorganized, unfriendly staff. All glasses are scattered, no organization. Overpriced lenses, unknowledgeable staff. We left and are never going back.

Everyone was really friendly ! , im not sure what his name was but , a gentleman came and talked to me if i had been here before. He was very helpful and very informative, which i really appreciated beacuse i'm afirst time buyer and literally had an eye exam on the day of. I had a good deal from their store beavuse it was their 50th anniversary too. Overall i would recommend the store and this location

Absolutely amazing experience with a gentleman that worked there! He walked with me for probably 45 minutes helping my indecisive self choose what pair of glasses I liked the most, and helped by looking at my face shape and everything. Couldn't recommend this place enough, and the prices are pretty good as well, and they don't try to oversell you and aren't pushy. Great customer service experience, made my day!

Absolutely impeccable service! Not only was their on-site optometrist very thorough, and caring, the front staff was very friendly. I found the staff to be very accommodating, and genuine. Instead of trying to rush through clients they took my needs very seriously. I have a wide framed head, and find it difficult to find frames that fit properly, and they had such good knowledge of their inventory, that it was such a great visit. So thank you!!

I brought my twin 5 yr old girls for eye exams and to purchase glasses, it was totally stress free!! We came back again for our check ups and without a doubt, the great customer service is always consistent!! Great job team and keep it up!! I went to Hakim Optical at the Burnaby location in the Lougheed Town Center a few years ago. I keep coming back to that same location because of the amazing customer service, a wide range of glasses to choose from and the good prices. The staff was always very friendly and informative especially Johnathan. I never felt pressured into buying glasses which I appreciate. Johnathan always took the time and effort to find the right glasses for me. He even phoned another location and had them send a pair of frames that he thought would best suit my needs. He was very helpful and happy to advise me when I was undecided regarding when frames to choose. High praises for Johnathan who is caring, professional and goes out of his way to find the perfect glasses for his clients I highly recommend this location to everyone.

Helpful and friendly. The lady even offered us a box to put our top choices in. No high pressure sales. Lots of eyeglasses to choose from and the eyeglasses are easily accessible to be tried (no need to keep asking the staff to unlock them).

Great prices and products! Service has gone down hill though. I asked for them to send me a copy of the waiver I signed for bringing my own glasses in. They refused and expected me to go there to get it. We are in a pandemic and they expected me to make an extra trip for something they could pop in the mail for me. Hope there are new staff by the time I need my next pair.

We've been coming to this location for the past 6 years and it's always great. Good deals on glasses, staff are great. Last time I was lucky enough that they had my lenses and my glasses were ready in 1 hour. They go above and beyond to meet your expectations.
