This is the ONLY place I will go to for all my eyewear needs. This team is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They literally pick a frame for you and they are right EVERY time. Just got 2 pairs of glasses and sunglasses and cannot wait to receive them!!!! Many thanks Specs on Pearl.

I walked in today to see if I could get an eye exam because I've been experiencing some vision difficulties for a while and they have recently gotten worse..blurred vision, difficulty reading at certain distances, tired strained eyes as well as increased headaches. It was not an emergency by any means but I have put off having an exam done for a while for my own reasons but regardless. I explained my issues briefly with the woman at the counter and her response to me was "Im not a doctor but have you tried eye drops?" And then directed me to the optician across the street. Do they not do eye exams here? Why didn't she just book me for an eye exam? After which I would have probably purchased my glasses there, which Im pretty damned positive I will need. Why direct me to the competition across the street? I just needed an eye exam, prescription and a pair of glasses. I guess you guys dont do that there?...what kind of customer service is that? So I walked across the street and booked it there. They also have a vast selection of frames, if they dont have what you're looking for they will order it.If you're reading this you should probably do the same and save yourself some time.

When you walk into Specs on Pearl, you are greeted with smiles and an adorable little puppy. Love everyone in here and super helpful with what looks stylish for yourself and not just what's on trend. Took my kids for their eye exams and they felt super comfortable as well! Kudos to Specs on Pearl!

Had a very good experience at this location. A very knowledgeable employee assisted my mother and I, and helped us choose frames to try. She made suggestions based on our face type and needs, and we were pleasantly surprised by the choices! Styles we would not normally try ended up being our favourite! Higher end products, so prices were higher than elsewhere. Also, the frames are locked, so an associate is required to try them. Lastly, only paid parking available.

I wouldn’t think to go anywhere else but Specs on Pearl! They’ve always had great customer service over the years, especially when my pair of Chanel eye glasses broke unexpectedly. There were able to find me a new pair in no time with little hassle and absolutely no issues! :) Thank you always!

Beth and her team are top shelf. I have been dealing with Beth for years and moved out of the area 2yrs ago so it wasn't convenient for me to go to Burlington. I went to a local eye doctor to have my prescription updated. I sat with them to discuss prices of which I found very high. I contacted Beth and she was a significantly different in price that it made it worth while for me to go back to Specs on Pearl. You truly feel like family when you visit.
