I've been purchasing my glasses from Kanda optical for years. When I found out the Burlington store has opened, I was happy to go in to see an awesome selection of glasses. I'm particular to the Tom Ford frames which Komal from the store provided me with options which matches my criteria and price range. My prescription had changed dramatically and she took the time to walk me through how to adjust for reading and close objects. I had to go in a few times during the pandemic which the protocols were strictly followed but didn't feel comfortable at all. The last time i came in for a quick servicing of my frames, Komal had shown me some of the new frames and producers which they didn't have before. Always appreciate the product knowledge and client service I receive and highly recommend anyone looking for frames/sunglasses to start and end here.

This review has been a month overdue! We got our sunglasses and specs done from this location a month ago. They have really good variety in frames and being a relatively newer location also great discounts. Komal was super helpful in choosing the frames for us. She made sure to keep us updated on the status for pickup. When my husband had an issue with his lens(due to his number being in the higher range the regular lens were thicker) Komal helped us to get polymer lens done in a short time! Really appreciate the attention to detail and prompt responses.
