Writing this for my sister who spent hundreds of dollars only to have been given the wrong prescription and was NOT refunded. She says this "The worst service I have EVER had. Cheap poor inventory. Bad Management and fraudulent misrepresentation of products. I was given cheap contacts and they said they were CIBA and they were the cheapest product ever" the manager actually 'threw' 20 dollars at my sister when she got so frustrated knowing she had made a mistake. DONT GO THERE EVER!! BE WARNED August 2018

I have been going there for years! well first I went to 3 for 1 in Mississauga JUST because of the Customer Service I got from Suzana (Manager). She listens to what you are looking for and gives your the style the "bests" suits your face. Anytime I needed to repair my glasses, Suzana would fix it on the spot! She is always friendly, professional; I walk away smiling every time. My family and I will never go anywhere else! Thank you Suzana!!!!!!

Used to be a great place, not anymore. We drove from out of town to get our glasses from there as we have been their loyal customers for years but the service and attitude we received from our latest visit were truly disappointing. The manager wouldn’t apologize for mistakes THEY made - so sad too bad dear Customer. All we needed to hear was a simple Sorry. Don’t go there if you expect to get the same level of service after your payment transaction is done.

This was mine and my daughter’s first time getting glasses. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They truly made this an enjoyable, worry free experience. The customer service I receive at IGO has always been terrific. My son broke his glasses and needed them replaced asap, right before New Year's. We walked away with 2 new pairs of glasses in less than an hour for him. The price and warranty for children is amazing. The 3 for 1 cannot be beat, I always get my glasses here too. Selection is great! Susannah has always gone above and beyond and I always value her opinion. The new owners are wonderful, professional, and, friendly. Always a pleasant experience. My family and I will always continue to get our glasses here.

My friend told me about this place but unfortunately in today's digital age, posting a printout on the door that you're closed is not sufficient enough. We drove 45 minutes only to find out the store was closed for some event as shown in the picture.

I went there on a whim just to see how the place was I ended up buying three new pairs of glasses the staff there are so helpful it took about three days for my glasses to come back with my prescription lenses in them I was so happy with my service they were so quick I would definitely go back prices are fair

Hi everyone, Please never buy glasses from this location. I was looking to get 2 pairs of Ray Ban glasses and both pairs were FAKE. I called Ray Ban and the product numbers on the arms of the glasses do not exist. Very scary that they are trying to steal money from people and sell fake designer for over $400 a pair. Please proceed with extreme caution.

I live an hour and a half away from 3 for 1 Burlington and pass hundreds of other opticians and glasses stores in between. This store, by far, is the best Customer Service I've ever received! I've been getting my own glasses there since they've opened! I bring my daughter, husband, father, sisters, mother, friends and coworkers there as well. We've all had the best experience and always get exactly what we need! Suzana is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Their prices are amazing and the staff are always willing to help - especially when you're in a bind! When I accidentally broke my favourite pair of glasses, Suzana was able to get me a replacement on the spot! I will never go anywhere else!

Incredible experience. I've been to quite a few optical stores before but none compare in both customer service and price. The owner of the store himself walked me through the process and gave me tips on taking care of my frames and contacts. Great selection of eyewear as well!

Wonderful little shop with great customer service and attention in addition to an excellent assortment of glasses. Covid protocols are followed strictly which is great. Ruddy provided excellent customer service for me and my mother and although this place is out of reach from where I live, how I'm I not to make the commute next time when I was so pleased with my experience the first time.
