My wife and I have been wearing progressive lenses for over 10 years. I found this place through Google and reviews and I'm so glad I did. I've been wearing My glasses for just about over 8 months and got a few adjustments in between these guys go a long way with service. My wife and I did their 2 pair deals with frame and progressives so we got 4 pairs for half the price of other places we used to go to! Very important for us to have 2 because without my glasses i am literally blind without the . Also out of all the years I bought glasses I've never seen an optical package everything so nicely and give us a generous cleaning care package! These guys really know how to make people happy! Love these guys! My coworker referred me to this place. I got my eye examination done and glasses done. I could not be happier! The selection is huge. I have never seen an eyeglass store with that many designer frames before. They carry way more Gucci than other stores do. The prescription was a huge improvement from my last one and they even had the Zeiss lenses I wanted. Service was fantastic. I even got cleaner and cloths that came with the purchase. I will be telling everyone to go see Jordan.

By far literally the best service I've had in as long as I can remember. Whilst down on my luck and thinking I needed new glasses, and without much money. My glasses where repaired in 2 minutes for $2. I nearly had to threaten the guy to take a $3 tip. Totally made my day. Very very highly recommended.

I have worn eyeglasses my entire life and to be honest it is always really stressful everywhere I go. My friend told me about this place and she said her whole family has been going here for over 12 years. I have had so many people tell me where to buy glasses and it has been a bad experience every time. I was approached by one of the Opticians and he was very easy going. I asked what the price for my prescription was and he said explained the pricing to me and my jaw hit the floor. I was shocked at how inexpensive it was, and the gentleman laughed at my reaction. He explained to me that the price is so reasonably low while keeping the quality high is that they have lower overhead than most stores in the mall, which makes a lot of sense! I ended up picking out a Rayban I had seen at another place and here it was only $208 with my reading prescription lenses and all I had to do was add $38 if I wanted antiglare! The other place(not to be named) in Mapleview mall wanted $497 for the same thing. I am writing this review after 8 months from my purchase, since I like to give a review after a longer time period of experience. I regularly go in there for adjustments because my niece has been ripping the glasses off my face and bending them out of alignment! They definitely don't leave you hanging after the sale! I am sure I come in for adjustments more often than the average person and I don't take care of my glasses either. The glasses are still excellent, the service after is excellent and they even gave me new cleaning cloths and anti-reflective spray! I have been recommending this place to everyone I know!

Drove by this place and quickly became new customer! Wanted to find a place quickly to use up my end of the year benefits, I usually go to Lenscrafters because they always have 40-50% off lenses. But my plan didn't cover as much as before. I tried on some Ray-Bans at Lenscrafters and the price came to about $400 and change with my prescription lenses and coatings. It was a little out of my range because of my lower coverage this year! So I found Burlington Optical Outlet driving by, and went in and they quoted me the exact same Ray-Ban for $260 with prescription lenses and coatings as their regular price! They were really friendly and told me that this is their REGULAR price and there's no marketing schemes, like marking up the price of the lens to make it seem like a good discount. They also mentioned that their overhead is much lower than a mall, which makes alot of sense for the high retail mall prices! I really liked their honesty and pricing integrity and they have been there for over 14 years, I am glad I found a new place to go for glasses. I will be back every 2 years with my vision plan!

If you want to be treated right, come to this store. If you want to be treated like another sale on some salespersons metrics, visit a large chain store.

I don't live in Burlington anymore but I still come to this place. My grandparents started coming here first and then they recommended me here since 6 years ago. Have been coming ever since, always great service and really good prices compared to the stores I used to go to so its worth the travel from Toronto. The only Optical shop you need to go to. The prices, service, and attention is top notch. The entire team is fantastic! I recently dropped my glasses for the first time and as luck would have it, I did a number on them. I have been in twice in the last week and they did repairs and adjustments at no cost. I may be needing another trip in for a third try but if that doesn't do the trick I may be getting a new pair a little early. But with their low overhead pricing it's never sticker shock! Don't look anywhere else. This is the place to go!

Found this place off google! Glad I did my research, I got 2 pairs for the price of one at another "competitor" and one for my daughter. They also direct billed my Greenshield insurance for me to make it convenient, as a single mother that was important for me, to not be out of pocket and wait for the re-reimbursement and deal with the headaches of insurance companies. I've also never got a complete "care" package before so these guys really go the extra mile! Thanks!!!!!

Amazing service. Awesome prices. I hated going to my optometrist because all the staff there were stuck up, anobby and unhelpful. I tried this place as recommended my my Mom actually, and I'll never go anywhere else from now on. They had a big selection of my favourite brand (Versace) and they were current season as well. The optician provided outstanding customer service and was very patient with me while my group insurance kept messing up. Long story short I love this place!!!!

Mistreatment of clients, with a useless threat to call the police once asked where the glasses were manufactured. The question posed was “are they manufactured in china”, a legitimate question has majority of the world’s glasses come from the same factory in China. They asked this to us after accusing the retailers of my previous pair of glasses of doing this (Warby Parker). When asked if theirs was any different / if they could prove it, they threatened to kick us out of the store. Exact words from the manager “I had enough of this get out of the store”. Very threatening. The manager attacks the previous company of the glasses being from China? But why do that when yours are too? What’s the point. One accusatory statement from them lead to one simple question from us, which escalated to the manager being furious, unreasonable & stating “get out or I’ll call the police”. This is now how you gain customers.

I have benefits that I kept forgetting use because I was lazy but these guys make it very convenient and affordable they billed my insurance and I got a nice pair of sporty Oakley transitions glasses good price too. Burlington optical outlet just outfitted my son and my daughter and I All with amazing glasses. It was my sons first pair and the staff was super good making him comfortable and picking out and being happy with his first pair of glasses. We were so impressed with the quality selection in the store and the ease of the whole experience from beginning to end. Prices were very reasonable as well. Would never give this company any business . They don’t back up there warranty on prescription glasses and give poor service. Our glasses which cost almost six hundred. dollars started breaking apart by the handles . They were less than a year old . Burlington Optical was not helpful in even servicing them ,we would never go back again!

I usually like to purchase a bunch of glasses and this place i shopped at had the better prices compared to other optic shops. They were very nice and i didnt feel pressured at all in purchasing anything, they had all their prices labeled. The best part of it was that i walked out with prada glasses that ive been looking for in other stores and i got quoted here for less than other stores. On top of that i also got another rayban pair for cheaper than other stores. The quality of these glasses are very good. Definittely will be back!

Long story short... I have been getting my prescription and eyeglasses bifocals no line from my Dr for the past 8 years, and I always seemed to have trouble with them, such as lowering my head to see better in the distance. I was recommended by a friend to give this place a try and I am so glad I did. I explained my issues to them and they were helping me problem solve. I was recommended by them to possibly try a second opinion from a different Dr, which makes sense because it could be the same for your other medical check ups/different diagnosis. They didn’t push their on site Doctor/Optometrist on me but I decided to go give their on site Doctor a shot since the past 8 years I have been struggling with bifocals. Dr. Damman was great, very thorough and he spent about 30 minutes on me, my last doctor spent 10. The Opticians here make the glasses, which I didn’t realize, my last eye Doctor used her assistants. All my problems were solved, they fitted me really well and walked me through exactly how a bifocal invisible lens works. Its been over a year now and the lenses are still in great shape, surprisingly the glasses cost half of what my old Dr used to charge too! I am glad my friend recommended me this place, it was life changing considering I have to wear glasses everyday! The optician there named Jordan was the one who helped me really friendly and professional!

I bought my glasses from this store 2 years ago and i love them. Im very clumsy and i drop them frequently and they are still in excellent condition! I was helped by Michael, and he was very helpful and knowledgable in helping me choose a frame that suited my prescription and everyday need. The quality they provide is outstanding and the only reason i am going back to get another pair of glasses is because my prescription changed.
