So disappointed poor service thank god the lady who took there exam was really nice and did a good job. I waited for someone to help me they showed me a rack to pick glasses from and took off waited and waited and took off will not recommend this place at all also they didn’t look professional at all purple ugly toes showing from a slip on shoes and clothing most of them were wearing made me feel like I was in downtown ????

Excellent customer service. My old frames broke unexpectedly and they were able to order in special lenses and give me a free eye exam and put my prescription in my own personal frames I purchased elsewhere. They did this within the same day. Everyone is super nice over there today.

I First went to Your Eyes Only Opticals , Surrey location ( don’t know if they have other locations) 6 years ago . I was really impressed with the courteous greeting , full attention given to us. I went for my Son’s glasses and contact lens and right away they made us very comfortable, answering all the questions patiently about the frames , lens, contact lenses. My son had a detailed eye checkup and in all this Checking And fitting frames , Proper fitting of Contact lenses there was always this amazing lady, Connie, who made all the process so easy and smooth. As we were just visiting Surrey we needed glasses and contacts fast and Connie really worked hard to get the service fast. She is always there to answer any questions , gives advise if you are in doubt. She is never irritated or rude , always cheerful. We have moved to 3 countries in 6 years but anytime i need contacts for my son , I call Connie. She is a Huge asset for this company. I want to say THANK YOU to Connie for always helping us, even after your working hours.

I have to say the staff is amazing!!! They completely know what they are doing and have an amazing section of the newest hottest glasses. I also want to say that I was concerned with covid and how it was going to work and they knocked it out of the park ???? Only a couple people in at a time and whatever you try on is put in a pile to get cleaned thoroughly before they are put back and hand sanitizer in the store.

Celeste at your Eyes Only Optical is absolutely amazing!!! Today I had the absolute worst day , and to top it off my glasses broke . I have a very high prescription so getting new glasses is a hassle and generally would cost a lot of money and take a few weeks to get anything done . Today Celeste saw my struggle helped me out and had me in new frames and on my way in no time . An absolute life saver !! Never have I had such great service .
