Great friendly service. I went in and was offered help immediately. I made my purchase within 10 mins and got my eye tested. I was thinking I'll get my glasses in a few days or maybe a week. I got a call the very next day that it's ready to be picked up. Eye doctor was also great. Absolutely recommend if you want good glasses but don't want to spend a ton of money.

The Optometrist explained to me step by step my eye examination, treatment and different lense options. The staff at the store helped me pick the frames that suited my facial structure and within my price range. I do highly recommend them to anyone looking for eye wear.

Good employees, but I wasn't given my prescription note by the Optician, nor receipt of payment. I asked I was told it wasn't necessary, and I wasn't called when my glasses was ready for pick up. Sorry guys, I won't be back!

Optical Outlet is a great place with great customer service. It had taken us 2-3 trips to decide what we needed, and the person at the counter was always welcoming, friendly and patient with us, even staying later than closing to provide excellent customer service. Additionally, there is a large variety of glasses to choose from and all are at affordable prices!

WARNING!!! Don't go here with benefits or they will rip you off. My sister went there and paid for her glasses in full because her benefits didn't go through right away. When the benefits came through, they kept the money she paid and the money her benefits sent them. Double dipping!!! They said they would give her a store credit for the benefits difference not her money. What a rip off!!!!

I have purchased from these people several times so has my mother, my father and both of my sisters. I will not come back here anymore after how the female staff spoke to me over the phone. I called because I only bought my glasses about a year ago, I wanted to confirm that I purchased anti scratch because I have many small scratches all over my lenses. The female staff did not even let me finish my sentence before she started saying she doesn't know how I keep my glasses, or anti scratch will not work if its already scratched. I did not even call to argue I was just wondering if something like this could be fixed and to ask if they could check my invoice and see if I paid for this. She assumed that my glass was already scratched which does not make sense because before I pick up my glasses they are supposed to put all this on it. She also accused me of not keeping my glasses properly, and then tried to say that its not scratch proof and even if I get anti scratch it will still scratch.... so your charging me for nothing then? She even raised her voice to speak over me, she cut me off and did not let me finish at all. I am not happy about this and I will not come back here if staff are going to be defensive. If you run a business you have to know that mistakes will happen you can't just blame me for something that should have been done.

This is the best place for ordering glasses and sunglasses. They deal with all insurances ,so you don't have to pay upfront. So friendly staff and good customer service.

Did not like the place as they did not respect appointment times which we booked even though the people on appointment before us came out half an hour later than our appointment time. Had to leave as the guy on counter chooses to let the people after us in cause the woman waiting was irritated and complaining to much and they shared the same language. We felt it was rude to be partial based on them sharing the same language and him finding an excuse to blame us to be late even though we being 10 mins late did not really change any circumstances as we were still waiting for the previous set of people before us to come out for at least half an hour.

I found it by chance, it just happens to be closest to where I live. Staff are wonderful. They're so friendly and helpful and if you get to meet Emma it's a bonus. I'd needed new glasses for 10 years and they were ready so fast and it's been like seeing everything for the first time again. My husband and I will never go anywhere else again and I've already recommended them to my mother, as well as anyone else who will listen. 10/10
