I have been going to Insight Optical for almost 10 years now for glasses and love the experience every time. Ivan and his team are so knowledgeable, experienced, attentive, skilled, and caring. When you go to Insight Optical, you feel like you are being treated like family with their incredible support and advice. Not to mention there is always a great selection of stylish frames. I have a high prescription and Ivan helps to make sure the frame, lenses and fit come together in balance so my glasses end up incredibly comfortable with the latest in lens technology.

I'll admit, I'm a picky person. I like quality products, and love quality service. Genuine people who treat you like a genuine person. Some eyeglass places are shady, at best. Other are cheap and bare bones. The people may not know enough to predict how to improve things for you. At In Sight they are superb. Helpful, but not pushy. Very knowledgeable. Impeccable service. They'll make sure your glasses get done properly from the start. And you can't go wrong no matter who helps you there. Do yourself a favour and get your glasses here.

I recently had my prescription updated and was shopping around the area for new lenses. Checking the local malls I found the optical stores had a variety of prices and knowledge ranging from fair to poor. I stumbled upon In Sight Optical from a google maps search, not expecting much from a small independent store I gave them a call. And wow; Ivan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did he answer all my questions with ease, he also went out of his way to get the new lenses on me the next day, with a complicated prescription Not only was the service outstanding, the prices were too. Lens replacements came out to $40-80 cheaper than the quotes I had from 4 different places in the mall. Was so impressed with the service from the lenses, I decided to get fitted for contacts as well. Once again, I was not disappointed - with contacts Ivan is just as thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and works with a grace that comes from decades of experience and genuine love of profession. I highly recommend Ivan and In Sight Optical, well above par in service and price. Support your local small business!

I have been going to In Sight since it opened, Ivan is awesome, he is always very helpful and the products offered are great. He stands behind everything and the staff are always there to help. I send all my family and friends there, there is no need to shop anywhere else. They also have an impressive selection of kids glasses as well, there are not many of those places around.

I went here after reading the positive reviews. I asked Ivan about some new glasses and to adjust my old glasses. He said no problem. Ivan was more pleasant than the average salesman. He pleasantly tried to explain why the glasses he wanted to sell me were nearly twice what I paid for my old glasses at another shop a couple of years ago. Ivan tried his best to remain pleasant even when it appeared that I wasnt interested in buying his overpriced glasses, but he forgot all about adjusting my old glasses. This is more or less what I expected going to a mall store and I will buy my glasses elsewhere.
