Had a very disappointing experience here. The service during the exam itself was low quality—I felt like the entire exam was rushed/superficial, and didn’t receive what I am used to in terms of explanation around changes etc. My concerns increased after I got home and realized I had only been given a spectacles prescription, despite showing up with my contact lenses and making it clear to everyone from the person who booked me to the optometrist that what I needed was a contact lens prescription. I called the store back and the person who answered my call was very understanding, but ultimately the people she escalated this to have done nothing. I’m now out of pocket for a useless prescription, and will have to find time and money to go get a different prescription.

Guy behind counter made me so uncomfortable and the most unprofessional and unpersonable person ever. I was going in there to buy a couple pairs of glasses but after being made to feel like I was nothing but a COVID carrier I left. LensCrafters here I come!!

Go see Lucy!!! She is the best!!! I just bought 2 pairs of glasses from her. I was in and out of the store in no time. I usually take hours to decide on frames, but Lucy helped me pick out 2 pairs of glasses and did all the paperwork for my insurance quickly. I had a great experience with this location very friendly service and accurate examination of my eyes and my lenses that pricing is unbelievably lower compared to other places that I had used before I paid for 3 per great quality glasses and the lenses for the price of one from other stores I highly recommend anyone who need to get the eye exam or eye glasses try this location before any other place I promise you will not regret it and you will love it. I went in for an eye exam today and the lady who helped me get ready for my eye exam was super friendly and had a great attitude. The eye doctor himself, I didn't have the best experience with him. He came off as rude and asked me to find out the fax number for the eye specialist he was referring me to like that's not my job to do that. The experience would have been a lot better if he was more kind.

I guess it's about time I post a review for this nice people!! I had my glasses for almost a year and the frame started to peal off I complained and they said they were very sorry and replaced the frame and repaired them at no charge.Then after several months it's happen again. By then the guaranty was expired but they replaced the frames for free again and a small charge for repairing them! I'm please with their great service and I will be back and will recommend them to my friends. Great services!

Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a sales associate, which was nice. But felt like everything was messy and confusing. Eyeglasses were mixed with sunglasses and everything was difficult to find. Did not like their layout of the store and cannot find anything name branded and did not even bother to. Eyeglasses felt flimsy like cheap plastic from China.

I went here for an eye exam and to get started with contacts. Amazing customer service! The lady that helped me with contacts answered all my questions and concerns. They also cut my new lenses into my old frames in less than an hour!
