While the staff is friendly, my glasses broke within 4 months and they cost over $450.00 !!! Really disappointing... And actually the prescription was not accurate. I had the lenses looked at by another company because they felt off, and they said the left side was not accurate to the prescription I showed them that these glasses were based upon. I would not recommend **UPDATE** I appreciate that the company has replied to my review and I will call them as they noted.

Nelly and Al are patient and very friendly! Their customer service is exceptional and they really go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I wanted to buy glasses and Nelly spent over 2 hours helping me. I tried on all kinds of frames and she recommended some chic ones for me that looked great. This local mom and pop eyeglass place is awesome!
