Poor service. Not even returning the call to let the customer know the delivery status. Also their timing's are so difficult. They should make them available on Saturdays, at least half day. This was the first time we tried them and not a good experience. More than a week gone and glasses still not delivered.

The only place I go to for sunglasses or glasses. I've purchased 5 pairs of sunglasses from the looking glass and Tia has been amazing. Shes super helpful and will give you her honest opinion. They don't pressure you to buy anything. If you don't like what they have in store they will order in a pair that you like. I highly recommend the looking glass

Paul and Tia are the best! I have been a customer for many years now, and they are the most wonderful and helpful people when it comes to glasses. I have a hard time choosing frames because I often like so many, so whenever I go in, I put on a fashion show, and they are never afraid to tell me the truth (which is exactly what I need) about what works with my face shape and what doesn't, which colours pair with the clothes I most often wear, and other things I would never think of myself. Their selection is awesome, and they will readily give you options for alternate colours or patterns. That, and Paul does amazing things with my lenses :) Thanks guys, see you soon!
