Great staff here at Hakim in west brant! First time ever having to get glasses and everyone was so helpful and it made the process super easy. Prices were great and the turn around time to actually get my glasses was super fast! Recommend this location to anyone !!

I have had the pleasure of visiting your store in West Brantford and I have been served by Charlene who I must say was fantastic. Each time I walk into the store I am greeted with a smile and I know she goes above and beyond what is expected of here, she really goes the extra mile. If you have a reward Program then I believe Charlene should receive one.

first anthropic factor and than second factory defect, ordered back on March 13, 2018 still waiting for my second pair of glasses. Back and forth return to Hakim and waste of tons to time. Maybe I just pick the wrong place. June 14 2018

I was going on a vacation and I needed a large glasses case as I lost mine, walked into the cambridge store and asked if they had some for sale. The first case Mike found fit my shades perfectly, then he gave it to me free. Awesome service. well done....guys...

Worst experience of my life. I spent over $600 on 3 pairs of glasses none of which I could use. I only ever dealt with the lady who works at the front desk, I don't think she is a licensed optometrist. She never took any sort of measurements of my eyes, just took my payment and said she would call when the glasses were done. My receipt had no information on returns/refunds and there is nothing posted in the store. Once I picked up my glasses I tried them on and couldn't see clearly through any of them. It was like trying to look through a magnifying glass or glass cup, nothing looked right. There were 2 other people in the store at the same time both picking up glasses complaining of the same thing. The lady at the front desk advised all of us to just wear the glasses for a week and we will adjust to them. I couldn't even walk out the store looking through mine. I tried to give it a week with the new glasses but couldn't wear them for more than 5 min without feeling nauseas. I tried to bring back to glasses and the lady told me there was nothing wrong with them and refused to help me. I took the glasses to 4 different optometrists, 2 in Brantford and 2 in Cambridge who all told me the issues was that the lenses were not centered to where my eyes are in relation to the frames. Since frames will sit different on everyones face our eyes will look through different parts of the lense in the frame. The lady at Hakim refused to believe this which is concerning as this should be common knowledge for someone who sells glasses. I am pleased to announce that I was able to dispute the charges through VISA since that is how I paid and I have got all my money back. I would recommend anyone with this issue to dispute the charge through their bank/credit card and they will get your money back from Hakim. Also avoid buying glasses through here. The are TERRIBLE.

I have never been treated so well in my 50+ years wearing glasses. This is my second purchase of glasses. Hakim replaced and repaired my glasses for no cost. Amazing if not the best warranty of eye glass companies. Service is still the best as mine and my wifes new glasses were inexpensive due to promotions. My husband and I drove to this location from Woodstock. When we arrived at 420pm and store closes at 5pm the door was locked and sign said to call the number on the sign. I called and the older lady came to the door and asked what I wanted. I said we would like to look at glasses. She responded I have cleaning and sanitizing to do so can't let you in. ...really was my response and she said sorry, locked the door and left. I guess she couldn't stay longer if needed. Well you just lost a sale of 4 PAIRS of glasses. I guess customer service doesn't happen here.

Cheryl & Barb (and others I have encountered) at this Hakim location have taken my eyeglass maintenance issues as though they were their own, and fixed my various eyeglasses expertly. This location is a must for anyone wearing eyeglasses, who needs a professional intervention from time to time. A vital service done professionally and courteously. Also an excellent stock of new eyeglass options in-store. 5 stars!
